Modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Bathroom with tub and shower. Separate bedroom with double bed. Children's bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two more guests. Living room and bedroom separated by corridor, so bathroom sep can be. Achieved.
The location at the end of the pedestrian zone allows you quick access to shops, cafes, restaurants, harbor promenade and the marketplace with changing actions.
Final cleaning is included in the offer. Laundry package (towels, bath towel, tea towel, bed linen) for a single 12.- Euro per person to book.

FEWO direkt in der Altstadt
Die kleine FEWO verfügt über alles, was man im Urlaub braucht, in der Küche kann man gut kochen und alle Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Das beste war die Fußbodenheizung jetzt im November, in allen Räumen war es kuschelig warm. Die Altstadt ist angrenzend und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Gute Lage im direkt im Ort. Die Wohnung könnte mal wieder eine intensive Reinigung vertragen. (Z.B. In den Schränken)

Waren ist eine Reise wert
Objekt ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet von dort aus viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Wohnung ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben 2 Wochen Urlaub in der Wohnung "Seeblick" genossen . Alles hat gestimmt, die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet, die Vermieter geben tolle Tipps, die Stadt Waren ist wunderschön, und in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hafen.Die Lüftungsanlage funktioniert gut , dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen kann ohne Lärmbelästigung aber mit dem Gefühl, frische Luft zu haben!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ausgestattet mit Schallschutzfenstern und modernen Belüftungsanlagen. Dies ermöglicht eine Frischluftzufuhr bei geschlossenem Fenster,,dazu noch allergiearm, da gefiltert. Darüber hinaus liegt das Schlafzimmer nach hinten heraus. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Gast hatte er die Lüftungsanlage nicht realisiert und daher durchgehend bei offenem Fenster geschlafen und daher die Aussengeräusche als zu laut empfunden. Schade. Werden noch intensiver auf die Lüftungsanlage hinweisen.
