Finnish summer house on a private island
The house and sauna are in the middle of the wilderness. It is located in beautiful nature and silence on a private island in the Alvajärvi in Pihtipudas, Finland. The island is about 1.0 kilometers from the country and can only be reached by boat. The domicile consists of a holiday home and a separate sauna hut and offers opportunities for saunas, fishing, paddling or simply to relax in nature. In summer (rentable from mid-June to late September) there are opportunities for hiking, cycling or local cultural events to visit in the area of Pihtipudas. And nature invites you to collect mushrooms and wild berries.
The house offers three bedrooms with a total of 4 beds / bed linen / towels, a small motor boat and firewood for the hut and sauna are available. The domicile is equipped with WIFI (5G), kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator, lighting (solar energy), TV and radio, bio-toilet, gas grill and with the traditional Finnish sauna for the sauna connoisseurs. The sauna is 5 meters from the beach. Rental price: 120 € / night, the minimum rental period is two weeks. For towels, bed linen; housekeeping, filling the petrol tank (boat) and initiation of the domicile will be charged 150 € / per stay.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mitten im See
Das gemütliche Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einer Insel ohne Nachbarn. Die Insel ist ca. 1 km vom Ufer und dem Parkplatz entfernt, der Weg kann mit einem Boot mit Außenborder zurückgelegt werden. Besonders bei gutem Wetter ist der Blick auf den See und die Weite äußerst idyllisch; bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Natur ziemlich rau. Bei Kälte muss mit Holz geheizt werden. Sehr angenehm ist die eigene Sauna, in der auch geduscht werden kann.
