SmartStay Perrache - Presqu'île

A charming studio located in Perrache, in the heart of Lyon, ideal for accommodating up to 2 people. With an area of 20 m², this well-designed accommodation brings together everything necessary for a comfortable and functional stay.



Ideally located across from Lyon 2 Faculty, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard, thus offering a calm environment despite its central location. It is a duplex, with the bedroom located upstairs, providing a pleasant separation between living and resting spaces.



The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, an iron, Wi-Fi connection, a hair dryer, electric heating, a television, as well as a smoke detector. A mobile air conditioning unit is also available to cool the studio during intense summer heat (note that it can be slightly noisy).



The American kitchen, equipped with glass-ceramic hobs, includes a refrigerator, a microwave, a freezer, as well as all the essential dishes, cutlery, and utensils. You will also find a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, for a stay with complete autonomy.
