About this property

Dream villa in the heart of the Dolomites

Our detached house with garden is located about 5 minutes walk from the village center in a quiet and sunny location, surrounded by the pale mountains of the Dolomites and by green or snow-covered meadows.

The ski bus stop (winter) is right in front of the house.
The children's playground (summer) and the cross-country ski run (winter) are only a few minutes' walk from the house.
There is also a bakery in the annex.

The house (200m2) extends over 2 floors, whereby on the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 room with bunk beds), 3 bathrooms and 1 closet room.
On the first floor there is a spacious, bright living room with a large sofa and TV-SAT, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small farmhouse parlor, a gallery, a day toilet and, on request, a laundry room (washing machine and ironing board and iron) , as well as 2 balconies. The ski depot is in the basement. WiFi is also available throughout the house.

Ideal and idyllic

Our summertime stay in this spacious, immaculate villa was delightful. It had mountain views from all angles, a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces where our three-generation family could gather for meals or be apart. The location, right at the edge of the Fanes-Braies preserve, across from the bus and near bakery, groceries and excellent restaurants, was ideal. An issue with the coffee maker was quickly resolved by Jutta. It was fabulous to return to this place after hikes in the beautiful Dolomites.

Very relaxing

We were 2 couples travelling together. Jutta left very clear instructions for us getting access to the house and she called in later to give us information on the area. The house is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms had electric blinds. As we were in San Vigilio in the off season a lot of restaurants weren’t open. As we had been travelling for a couple of weeks already and eating in restaurants every night, so we were very happy to be able to eat in. There is a large Spar in walking distance and a bakery next door where we would go and get pastries for breakfast every morning. There is a laundry and again after travelling was very welcome. The location was central for us as we ventured to different parts of the area. Thank you Jutta and Marco for being such gracious hosts.

The house is very comfortable with all we needed for a ski vacation. The ski bus stop is directly opposite the house. Jutta was very welcoming and understanding. St Vigilio and the Kronplatz are really nice! Highly recommended!!

Geräumiges Objekt in super Lage

Das Objekt ist für 6 Personen sehr geräumiges gewesen. Alles wichtige war da. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Familie Ties. Bei allen Anfragen wurde uns geholfen. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns ideal. Wir konnten mit den Wanderbus zum Ende vom Tal fahren, um einige Wanderungen zu starten. Alle größeren Städte sind gut erreichbar für Sightseeingtour und Shopping. Zum Kronplatz waren es 20 min Fahrt. Eine wunderschöne Gegend. St. Vigil hat ebenfalls eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants, welche für uns alle zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Mehrere Bäcker und ein Supermarkt machten einen Aufenthalt hier sehr komfortabel. Erholsame zwei Wochen haben wir hier verbracht und es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank !

This is a wonderful area where you can easily access some lovely walks, mountain biking and cycle paths. The house was big enough for two families to easily fit. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Nette Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön in einer perfekten Lage direkt bei einem traumhaften Naturpark. Das Dorf ist ebenfalls schön. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein sehr schönes und großes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen in dem Haus. Es ist perfekt gelegen, mitten im Ort St.Vigill. Bäcker ünd Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die Lifte erreicht man nach zehn Minuten zu Fuß oder man nimmt den Skibus, welcher unmittelbar vor dem Haus startet. Vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieter, wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

geniale Villa

Wir haben dieses Haus zu sechst für 8 Tage gemietet. Lage: Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist die Bushaltestelle. In der Gästekarte, welche man für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes bekommt, kann man sämtliche öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel im Südtirol gratis benützen. Zu Fuss ist man innert 5 Minuten mitten im Dorf, wo es einen Eurospar und diverse andere Läden zum Einkaufen gibt. Auch verschiedene Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe, zu Fuss in ein bis fünf Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus liegt etwas zurückversetzt von der Strasse und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Vor dem Haus können problemlos zwei Autos parkiert werden, hinter dem Haus gibt es einen riesigen Garten. Sauberkeit: Das ganze Haus war blitzsauber und aufgeräumt. Räumlichkeiten: Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 8 Personen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gibt in jedem Zimmer mehr als genügend Stauraum (Schränke, Kommoden, Ablageflächen). Zudem gibt es im Flur einen separaten Garderobenraum, wo Jacken, Schuhe, u.s.w. verstaut werden können. Total hat es drei geräumige Badezimmer, eines mit Whirlpool, Dusche, Doppellavabo und WC, eines mit Bad/Dusche, Lavabo und WC und eines mit Dusche, Lavabo und WC. Zusätzlich gibt es im ersten Stock noch ein separates Gäste-WC. Im ersten Stock ist ein riesiger, offener Raum mit Küche, diversen Essecken, einer grosszügigen Sitzecke und einer offenen, über eine Treppe erreichbaren Gallerie im Dachstock mit Dachfenster und Schaukelstuhl. So hat jeder die Möglichkeit sich irgendwo zurückzuziehen, zu lesen, zu spielen, u.s.w. Zudem gibt es auch noch zwei grosse Balkons, ausgestattet mit Tischen und Stühlen. Ausstattung: Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind grösstenteils aus massivem Holz und tiptop in Ordnung, das Sofa in der Sitzecke ist aus Stoff und fleckenlos sauber, die Frottéewäsche ist neu, die Bettwäsche tadellos. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben fast täglich gekocht und waren mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler zufrieden. Der Kühlschrank ist gross und zusätzlich gibt es auch noch einen grossen Tiefkühler. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und es können sehr gut mehrere Personen zusammen kochen, ohne dass man sich im Weg herum steht. Vermieter: Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und kümmerten sich sofort darum, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Fazit: Dieses Haus ist wirklich eine Traumvilla! Wir können dieses Objekt vorbehaltlos empfehlen.
