## Logement
Located in the Roy d'Espagne pine forest, this architect-designed villa, built in 1966 and completely renovated in 2020 by an architect, offers a bright, contemporary setting surrounded by nature. With 150 m² of space and a large wooded garden, it is ideal for enjoying the peace and beauty of southern Marseille.
⚠️ This is a private home where the owners' cat lives. The cat is independent and comes and goes freely through the laundry room window: please book only if you are comfortable with the cat's presence or if you do not have any allergies.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a bright living room opening onto the outside, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. For your comfort, you will have access to a range of amenities, including Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a terrace, a dryer, a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, and many other conveniences.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel light.

Outside, you can enjoy a large, secluded garden with trees, a spacious 50 m² south-facing terrace equipped for dining, a barbecue, a hammock strung between the trees, and a private 10×5 m swimming pool (depth 1 m to 2.5 m) accessible all year round.
