The apartment was clean and well laid out for three adults (my wife and I and our adult daughter). Check in was easy and the host accommodated our slightly earlier check-in. The heat was great (radiant heat in the bathroom!). The linens were first class and the location was convenient to all transportation.

Great location

We spent a week in the apartment. It as large and well maintained. And close to all the action in Prenzlauer Berg. However, the place in not airconditioned, And our first two days with 90+ degree temps were tough to bear.

Beautiful apartment in quiet street with great connections

We stayed for a week in this light-filled apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. The location is excellent. Groceries, bakeries, restaurants all nearby and the Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn station just about a block away. We loved this apartment in a quiet residential building and the private balcony. We had everything we needed. Communication was very easy through the VRBO app. Check-in was a snap. I would happily stay here again.

L’appartement est très agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Il est idéalement situé près du métro et du tram qui nous emmène directement à Alexander Platz.

Würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, auch die Wohnungsaufteilung ist gut. Aber die Einrichtung entspricht nicht mehr den neuesten Standard. Die meisten Möbel sind eher verschlissen und abgenutzt. In der ganzen Wohnung hing der Geruch der Vormieter, welcher nicht gerade angenehm war. Kurz und gut kann man die Wohnung mieten, ich würde aber, für den Preis, das nächste Mal ein Hotel buchen.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement spacieux, agréable à vivre et lumineux avec un chouette balcon ! Ce sera un plaisir de revenir d’autant plus que le loueur est très serviable et efficace.

Gute Anbindung an Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn, Strassenbahn)

Das Mobiliar könnte etwas zeitgemäßer sein. Das Oberlicht im Schlafzimmer konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden. Ansonsten war die Wohnung perfekt als Ausgangslage für Excursionen.

Das Oberlicht im Schlafzimmer und auch das Fenster können sehr gut abgedunkelt werden. Der Gast hatte nur die Fernbedienung nicht gefunden. Im Hausordner steht alles ordentlich drin und die Gäste hätten mich auch jederzeit fragen können. Viele Grüße, Cornelius

If you’re looking for a place that is clean, kitchen well supplied, large, bright, balcony with view, within walking to attractions, cafes nearby, quiet, self checkin and a very accommodating host; look no further! If ever in beautiful Berlin we will stay at Cornelius’ place again!

Great location, great apartment

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with many amenities: dishwasher, washer/dryer, elevator, to name a few. The 7th floor location was perfect. From the terrace, we could see over the rooftops of Berlin to the center of the city - a wonderful panoramic view. Cornelius was attentive to our needs, always asking if we needed anything. All of this made our first trip to Berlin memorable and stress free. We would definitely stay here again.
