Samui Hideawa B & B "in the cool forest but minutes from the sea"

We are minutes from the Ring Road, but very peaceful forest setting, with 100 year old trees. Our architect deisgned house has the Thai character but the comfort of Western Standard.
Your accommodation consists of a generous bedroom with a nice sitting area, moeglichkeiten TV bathroom with bathtub and a small roofed balcony Kuehlschrant and coffee and tea.
The terrace is to use for you to Sunset drink or to eat. Maybe spend some time at the computer, it is left up to you entirely.
You have your own entrance.
The swimmingpool is herlich 3 minutes from the house in the beautiful forest with 100 year old trees.
They are 3 minutes from the beach (no beach but for walking in the evening) minutes of restaurants within walking distance and walk from Nathon 30 minutes. You have a family Mart 10 minutes go away, and all 10 to 15 minutes there is a Songteow (Local Bus).

Wonderful island and great hosts.

This property was lovely and absolutely relaxing. Our hosts Elfie & Tom went out of their way to help us find all the best spots on the island, and even arranged a car to be delivered to the house. The breakfast was a great start to our day and Tom's coffee is the best in Thailand. Thanks so much to you both.

Wonderful experience

We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful home in Ko Samui. Elfie and Tom were very helpful in greeting us and we appreciate the help in carrying our luggage up and down the steps and the daily lovely breakfast you prepared for us. The location of this place cannot be beat - you have an incredible view on top of the trees and more privacy than many other homes. As much as we enjoyed adventures on the island, we enjoyed coming back to relax and sunbathe on the patio just as much. Besides the beautiful view , there are also few decent restaurants nearby which you could explore. Our stay at Tom and Elfie's place exceeded all expectations!, They helped us and drove us everywhere we want, we couldn't ask more. Definitely the right place to stay. Thank you again Elfie and Tom.

Wonderful peaceful paradise

A thoroughly relaxing stay with people who treated us as friends. Nothing was too much trouble for Tom and Elfi in ensuring our stay was a total experience of relaxation and pointers for places to visit and eat and at any time offering to take us places. The breakfasts were delicious as were the little treats supplied completely by surprise. Their little doggies were a delight and we completely fell in love with them. Can truly recommend.

Must stay here! Beautiful and relaxing with incredible hosts.

My teen son and I stayed with Tom and Elfi for 3 weeks and I cannot speak more highly of our experience. We had been traveling for 4 months before we came to this wonderful B&B and it was like an oasis for the body and soul. Tom and Elfi were incredibly kind hosts. From the fabulous welcome drink and delicious breakfasts, to showing us wonderful spots around the island and even taking me to hospital when I was unwell, it felt like staying with family. The house is situated in a forest estate with a wonderful swimming pool, just across the road from the beach. Our bedroom/living area and en-suite were very elegantly decorated and spacious with air conditioning, large enough for us to hang out in very comfortably. We also had full use of a lovely upstairs terrace with table and chairs and two loungers, plus our own fridge with complimentary fresh water, tea and coffee. Our wonderful breakfast (with awesome espresso - they are coffee aficionados!) was in a beautiful living area overlooking the trees. We loved spotting the squirrels while we were eating! Elfi is also a great cook so we enjoyed some delicious home-cooked meals with them as well. We came to Koh Samui without firm plans so Tom and Elfi were incredibly helpful, suggesting attractions, transport options and restaurants. Two local restaurants within short walking distance that we loved were Aromi Diversi (fantastic Italian) and Baita (really good Thai), both overlooking the beach and spectacular sunset on this side of the island. A family mart was nearby and it was a short inexpensive Songtheaw trip (or walk when we we felt energetic) to Nathong for the ferry, night food market, shops, restaurants and supermarket. When we visited the tourist spots of Koh Samui there was nothing better than to get back to the quiet, shady relaxation of this wonderful house and swimming pool in the forest, and the kindest hosts we could ever ask for. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We also loved their fabulous dogs! We were very sad to leave but have already made plans to return to this absolutely gorgeous home away from home. Thank you so much, Tom and Elfi.
