Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Sandra. Le logement était propre à notre arrivée et très bien équipé.L'extérieur est agréable et une jolie vue sur les montagnes, les passages de voiture a proximité ne sont pas derangeants. Sandra s'est montrée disponible en cas de besoin.Nous recommandons ce logement, magnifiques randonnées à faire à proximité.

Après 7 heures de route nous avons du faire un grand ménage Car c était pourri .L hôte nous répond qu elle n à personne pour faire le ménage et ne se déplace même pas pour vérifier L état de son bienTrès mécontents je ne recommande pas cet établissementPassez votre route

Je regrette que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Dès votre signalement, j'ai pris le temps d'échanger avec vous afin de comprendre la situation. Vous m'avez ensuite demandé par SMS un dédommagement de 150 €, en dehors de la procédure prévue par la plateforme de réservation. Si un problème de propreté justifiait une réclamation, il convenait effectivement de le déclarer via Abritel afin qu'il puisse être constaté et traité dans le cadre prévu à cet effet. Par ailleurs, la communication s'est interrompue après mon refus de ce montant, alors que je restais disponible pour trouver une solution raisonnable. Vous avez quitté le logement sans me prévenir et donc sans étatdes lieux, et celui-ci n'était pas laissé dans l'état de propreté attendu. Je prends néanmoins votre remarque en considération et j'ai renforcé l'organisation du ménage afin d'éviter qu'une telle situation ne se reproduise.
