Beautiful 90m² apartment (complete ground floor) with winter garden, fireplace and covered grill terrace. The floor is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.

A beautiful, bright winter garden where you can enjoy your "time out" even in bad weather ...
And when the weather is good you can grill outside on the terrace, grill is included ...(but don't forget charcoal ... :-))

And when it is really cold, you simply fire up the stove ...
In all rooms, the floor is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating, so no cold feet ...!

For very young guests there are of course a cot / baby bed & changing table.
There is of course a washing machine in the apartment, which can be used free of charge.
WLAN with high-speed internet is of course also included (not in the washing machine :-))
Towels, bed linen are included ...

The check-in time is flexible. Depending on occupancy, the apartment can also be occupied sooner (e.g. in the morning ...) ... Just ask ...
Check-out also, if there is no new booking pending on the day of departure, you can stay the day until 16:00 ...

If anything should be, we live about 50m from the apartment and are almost always reachable. Otherwise we are always reachable by mobile ...

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Ich war mit meiner Mutter und meiner Schwester für 2 Nächte hier. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und freundlich. Da die Wohnung nur ein Doppelbett und ein Futton besitzt, wurde für mich extra ein Reisebett dazu gestellt. Das Angebot innerhalb der Wohnung ist recht gut. Negativ waren nur, dass das WLAN leider recht schlecht war und das Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad sehr langsam ab lief. Sonst alles super.

Die Wohnung mit dem Wintergarten war toll. Schade das sie direkt an der Straße mit viel LKW Verkehr liegt. Jedoch konnte man Nachts gut schlafen wenn man die Tür zum Wintergarten geschlossen hat.

Eine FeWo zum Wohlfühlen

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und freundlich. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die FeWo entsprach voll der Beschreibung und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Alles, was man braucht oder auch nicht, ist vorhanden. Die FeWo war sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden jederzeit dort Urlaub machen und können sie empfehlen.

Super Unterkunft, netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Leider konnte unser Kater nicht raus wegen der nahen Durchgangsstraße. Aber durch die gute Unterkunft und dem Wintergarten hat er nichts vermisst. War ein Superaufenthalt. Gern wieder.

Nett und sauber mit kleinen Anmerkungen

Wir hatten einen netten Empfang und das Organisatorische war völlig unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut aufgeteilt und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Küchenutensilien könnten etwas erneuert werden (aber noch ok) und für Menschen über 1,90m wird es manchmal knapp (Tür und Bett). Also nichts kritisches und in Summe schöner Aufenthalt. Und als Hundebesitzer haben wir und unser Hund den Strand von Krautsand geliebt während es Richtung Nordsee immer schwieriger wird mit Hund.

Netter Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet aber zweckmäßig. Leider liegt sie direkt an der Bundesstraße. Anfang Mai waren viele große Traktoren unterwegs und boten eine erhebliche Lautstärke. Wir hatten mit gemischtem Wetter gerechnet. Dafür wäre sie mit dem tollen Wintergarten prima gewesen.

Uns hat es unglaublich gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Ausstattung war klasse. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Es waren Trockentücher, Öl, Essig, Gewürze und sogar scharfe Messer vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Super schön

Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen trotz Regen haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt die Ferienwohnung ist richtig gemütlich Abends den Ofen angemacht ein Glas Wein es war toll. Jederzeit wieder.
