Two-storey brick holiday home on a larger pond with a small lawn garden with a beach chair and a furnished, covered terrace incl. BBQ fireplace. 2 parking spaces and garage for bicycles.
Country house fitted kitchen with sitting area, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge.
2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and large 3-door wardrobe.
Bathroom with a large shower cubicle.
Living room is on the 1st Floor with couch, LCD TV with satellite receiver, CD-mp3 radio, game collection, books and CDs.
Heated storage room with washer and dryer.
The house has gas central heating. The house is not barrier-free.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are to be brought by the tenant.

Nice house at a small lake

We were 4 people in a 5 days holiday. Equipment OK ref. to web-side - no complains. From the house you have a view to a small lake. The house position is in a calm neighborhood and super for excursions in "Altes Land" and close to daily purchase in the town Drochtersen (Aldi-Lidl-Edeka) but also some restaurants/cafe`s. We can recomment this residens.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen und gepflegtem Ferienhaus. Was auch positiv aufgefallen ist, ist die unmittelbare nähe zum Teich. Alle Städte wie Cuxhaven und Stade sind innerhalb von einer Std. zu erreichen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren zufrieden

Es ist ein kleines, schön eingerichtetes und gut gelegenes (mit dem Teich dahinter) Häuschen. Uns hat es gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, was uns wirklich positiv überrascht hat. Es gab trotz Fliegengitter viele Mücken aber durch Teich wahrscheinlich unumgänglich.

Das Haus kannten wir schon. Schöne Lage an dem kleinen See, gut ausgestattet. Bei dem herrlichen Wetter haben wir das gemütliche Wohnzimmer im OG gar nicht genutzt.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus am Teich

Das Haus liegt idyllisch an einem Teich mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Grundstück mit dem schönen Garten ist gut gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. An einigen Fenstern sowie an der Terrassentür befinden sich Fliegenschutzgitter. Die Funktion der Heizung muss allerdings erst einmal verstanden werden. Wir haben die zwei Wochen mit unserem Hund sehr genossen.
