In the heart of the Évettes residence, this 30m² apartment combines comfort, functionality and an ideal location.
The bright living room opens onto a private balcony with a panoramic view of the mountains. Ideal for enjoying the sunrise over a coffee or relaxing in front of the peaks after an active day.
On the night side, the separate bedroom is equipped with a 140x190 double bed. The living room has a drawer sofa bed with two additional beds.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for your meals: electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, complete crockery and raclette set.
You also have a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.
In winter and summer, the residence offers a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna: a real plus after a day on the slopes or trails. The swimming pool is closed in autumn and spring.
For a practical and independent stay: ski locker, designated parking space, independent entrance by key box.
Finally, on foot, you can easily access the artisanal cheese dairy, the restaurant of Savoyard specialities, the ski rental, the free shuttle bus (50 metres away).
The ski lifts are a few metres away, and depending on the snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out is possible directly from the residence.
The city centre of Flumet is 5 minutes away by car.
