New! Big Sky Montana Condo on the Mountain, walk/shuttle to lifts

Best place to wake up! Views in the front across the lake to the valley and in the back at Lone Mountain. Lake Condos has a shuttle to the lifts or 1 minute drive. Two bedrooms (one king, one queen), living room pull out sofa (queen) and two baths with a fireplace, full kitchen and all essentials provided. Well-maintained. We love this place - warm and cozy. Everything you need for a break with or without skiing. Meadow is a 10 minute drive for cross country skiing. Great restaurants.

The condo was spacious and the location was good, on the shuttle that runs around the parking lots of Big Sky Resort, which made it easy to get to the mountain. It was very clean and there were plenty of new towels and washcloths, which is always appreciated. There was plenty of comfortable seating and the beds were good. The were just a few negatives. The walls are very thin, and we could hear everything happening above us, including at least 4 rambunctious youngsters apparently playing basketball upstairs and a very heavy snorer. The other issue was the kitchen - the few pots and pans were very old, and we had to throw out one meal when we realized that little pieces of the Teflon coating on the pan were mixed up in it. None of the burners on the stove were level, making it much more difficult to evenly cook anything. And it also lacked some pretty basic items you usually find in a condo (bring you own salt and pepper). It made for a little creativity when trying to figure out how to make meals. Still we had a really nice vacation and would definitely go back.
