This apartment is located in a house, in the area of the city of Nin, known for its beautiful sandy beaches and shallow waters. Ideal for families with children! The house is about 100m from Ždrijac beach.
The 50m2 apartment on the second floor of the house can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area is divided into a living room with dining room and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower cabin and toilet. From the living room you can reach a spacious, partially covered 10m2 balcony with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the area.
Air conditioning, internet access, satellite TV are available and free of charge. Bed linen is provided to our guests once a week.
Attractive excursions are nearby, such as b. Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls, Zadar (15km). The center of Nin town is a 10-minute walk away, with good shopping nearby.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten zum 2 mal einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die frisch und liebevolle hergerichtete Einrichtung hat uns unseren Urlaub auch noch zusätzlich versüßt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und wir wurden mit Wein und Gebäck begrüßt. Wir danken Dir Sanja für die schöne Zeit. LG Rainer und Angelina

Toller Urlaub
Apartment sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Vermieterin total freundlich sogar Wein und Pflaumen aus eigenanbau hatte Sie uns gebracht.
Apartment ca.150m vom Strand entfernt der sehr schön und Ordentlich ist.
Wasser ist ebenfalls sehr sauber.
Die Ortschaft Nin ist leicht zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Dort findet man nette Lokale, Resterante und Shops.
Im großen und ganzen ein sehr Toller Urlaub.

Super Ferienwohnung, super Gastfreundschaft
Die geräumige Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür und sehr groß.
Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich.
Der Strand ist wenige Minuten entfernt und für kleine Kinder geeignet.
Alles in allem war es super und die Ferienwohnung verdient zurecht die Bezeichnung PREMIUM.
