The house is located in Skanepark in a quiet location on the outskirts of Zinnowitz, about 800m from the beach. These can be reached in about 10 minutes. There is a supermarket, a bicycle rental and two restaurants nearby. The holiday home has a playground and table tennis.

The renovated and cozy semi-detached house extends over 2 floors and is very spacious and modernly furnished. From the entrance you can reach the bathroom with shower and toilet and the kitchen with adjoining living-dining area. From here you can directly access the sun terrace. In the 1. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and another toilet with sink. The holiday home also includes a parking space and a storage room. ROOMS: 1 bedroom with double bed and closet and travel cot 1 bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and TV 1 living area with dining area, TV / radio and electric stove 1 kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher 1 sun terrace with garden furniture, large parasol and two 1 sunbeds 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (ground floor) 1 WC with washbasin (1st floor) 1 parking space 1 separate storage room ~ DISASTER: 4 people and a toddler up to 2 years ~ OTHER: - Non smoking apartment - Pets are not allowed - Bed linen and Towels can be rented on site for a fee (bed linen 15, - € p.p. & towels 5, - € p.
