Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Rest easy in the tranquil master bedroom featuring a plush king-sized bed, soft linens, and ample storage space for your belongings. Wake up feeling refreshed, and step outside for a morning coffee on your private back patio. - Guest Bedroom: The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a full-size bed plus a bunk bed (2 twins) perfect for children or additional guests. Nautical décor and large windows create a bright, cheerful atmosphere. (Pack 'n Play available as well!)

The cottage's pristine bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, fresh towels, and all the essentials you need to freshen up after a day at the beach.

Living Room:
Relax in the inviting living room, furnished with comfortable seating and a smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows and movies. Kick back, watch a movie, or simply unwind after a day of beachcombing.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and utensils to make meal preparation a breeze. Including: Stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware, knife set, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and more!

~ Shed: There is a shed at this house full of beach supplies with beach chairs and sand toys there's also two paddle boards.

Our cottage is situated just a short stroll from the powdery sands of Indian Rocks Beach. (2 blocks leading straight to a crosswalk signal to guide you safely to the beach). Spend your days basking in the Florida sunshine, collecting seashells, or swimming in the warm Gulf waters. This charming coastal community is also known for its local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options, all within easy reach.

~ This home allows up to 2 dogs of any size. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 which covers up to 2 pets (max of 2 dogs and no cats allowed).
~ When making the reservation make sure to only pick 1 pet even if you have 2 or it will charge you 2 pet fees.
~ Pet(s) must be disclosed to Sandy Feet VR prior to Guests' arrival and the weight and breed of dog must be approved by Sandy Feet VR.
~ If Guests come with an unapproved pet they will be charged a $500 pet fee and Sandy Feet VR reserves the right to terminate this Reservation Agreement, and require pet and/or Guests to vacate the
premises immediately.

House Rules:
~ NO SMOKING
~ The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside.
~ Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.
