This is a modern, newly renovated apartment in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The bedroom has a box spring double bed. As you can see in the pictures, a "purple thread" runs through the entire apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle and all cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a hair dryer.
Of course, bed and table linen, towels bath towels and tea towels included.
For entertainment, a 81cm LCD flat screen TV with cable connection provides.
The apartment is 41 square meters and consists of a living dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has access to the large south-facing balcony with stunning views of the entire Wetterstein massif. From the living-dining area you can look at the Zugspitze, the Daniel and the Classic ski area, the bathroom gives you a wonderful view of the Wank.
The rooms are very spacious and bright.
Living room and bedroom is equipped with laminate flooring, this is ideal especially for dust allergies.
Access to WiFi is also available.


Tobogganing: On Eckbauer is a wonderful toboggan run, the mountain offers once a night toboggan evening (floodlit) a week. Eckbauer and mountain are easily reachable by train. The St.-Martin lodge is within a 40 minute hike, there awaits you magnificent view of Garmisch and a rapid toboggan ride into the valley.

Cycling: Throughout Werdenfelser country to open up to you to cycle different possibilities. Be it with the ordinary bike on the many trails in the valley or on the numerous mountain bike trails on one of the hosted mountain huts (guided tours). Even with the bike you can take 'blue land' memorable outings direction. The nearby lakes (Eibsee, Staffelsee, Riegsee. Frog Hausener lake) invite you to swim. We will gladly arrange rental bikes.

Hiking / climbing: The Wetterstein and Zugspitze to the Alpine peaks offers climbing enthusiasts (sports and Alpine climbers) but also walkers to spend impressive vacation days many ways.

Es war ein toller Urlaub in der Lila Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieterin Frau Hoffmann war super nett. Wir haben uns auch sehr über die Aufmerksamkeiten bei Ankunft und Abreise gefreut. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Gerne würden wir wieder kommen!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr saubere und liebevoll in modernem Stil eingerichtete Wohnung, die ruhig und dennoch zentral liegt. In der Küche und auch sonst war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Auf dem Balkon hat man eine schöne Sicht auf die Sprungschanze in Garmisch und das Wettersteinmassiv. Wünschenswert wäre ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon und ein Sonnenrollo für das große Dachfenster, da sich die Wohnung bei Sonneneinstrahlung doch etwas aufheizt.

Absolutely amazing place and wonderful location!.

I am so grateful that me and my family got to spend a week in this wonderful apartment in the perfect location in Garmisch with such wonderful host frau hoffman and her family letting us stay at their beautiful top floor apartment with a terrace and truly amazing views of the surrounding area , location location location . The facilities are brilliant from the kitchen to the dining area and evening tv watching on the couch and then you have this fantastic bedroom that has its own outdoor terrace where you can sit and admire the amazing views and the peaceful location after a busy day out and about in the area. You are ten to 15 minutes walk from most amenities that's why the location is just amazing even though we had our own car. The shower room and toilet is also great with all modern facilities and like everything else in the apartment just a wonderful place to have a weeks holiday from the UK . We had an amazing time in germany and bavaria and we tried to do so much in just a short space of time but it was nice just to relax in our chosen home for the week with knowing how lucky we were to have made 💯% the right decision choosing this wonderful apartment in just the right location . I recommend anyone wanting a great base in Garmisch in a lovely location whatever you are in the area for, Many thanks Brent Russell Daggett .

die lila Ferienwohnung ist gut geschnitten und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Lage ist recht gut. Zur Stadtmitte, sowie beim Bäcker und in der „Landschaft“ ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ideal für zwei Personen.

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Blick

Wir waren im Juni 20 eine Woche in der lila Wohnung. Diese Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr sauber, sehr modern, top ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Wettersteingebirge, vom Wohnraum sieht man sehr schön die Alpspitze und die Zugspitze. Kurz gesagt, traumhaft schön und absolut empfehlenswert.
