The holiday apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

Both bedrooms face southeast, so you’ll be woken up by the morning sun. High-quality box-spring beds from FBF ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The Alpspitze is visible from the living room.

A large wooden terrace and a garden with a view of the mountains are available for your exclusive use.

The house is located 40 m from a quiet side street in the Garmisch area. The parking space next to the house is accessible via a narrow driveway.

Shopping, the pedestrian zone, and the Riessersee footpath are all within easy walking distance.

It’s about 1,000 m to the local ski mountain in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Hausberg.

NEW FOR THE WINTER SEASON:

The basement provides a convenient space to store and dry your ski gear. Ski boot warmers and coat hangers are available on the coiled stainless-steel heater for more efficient drying. Take advantage of the soothing wall heater in the apartment.
