Welcome to our holiday apartment Platzhirsch in Haus Sonnenfleck! The apartment is located in a spacious and sunny country house from 1928 with an eventful history. The house already hosted numerous guests in the 1930s. Since then a lot has happened. The entire building has been extensively renovated and renovated in recent years. The apartment is on the ground floor and offers comfortable space for 2-6 people on about 115 square meters. You live extremely quiet, but still very central. The Garmisch pedestrian zone, Zugspitzbahn, ice stadium, indoor swimming pool with sauna area, grocery stores, congress center, local bus (free with spa card) and main station are in max. Easy to reach in 5-10 minutes. Thus, a journey without a car is completely unproblematic.

- Kitchen (19m²) fully equipped, large dining table, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, stereo system
- Bay window (18m²) with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, flat screen, DVD player
- 1. Bedroom (22m²) with double bed (1,60m x 2m)
- 2nd Bedroom (11m²) with double bed (1,40m x 2m)
- 3rd Bedroom (15m²) with double bed (1,40m x 2m)
- Bathroom with shower / bathtub, 2 sinks, towel warmer, hair dryer and separate toilet

We always provide bed linen and towels free of charge.

Wonderful property

This property was very spacious and impeccably clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The location was wonderful. Stores and restaurants were within walking distance. The neighborhood was extremely quiet at night, which enabled us to get a wonderful night sleep, even with the windows open. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Perfectly located in Garmisch, walk anywhere, but when you look out the front window all you see is mountains! This town and this place are amazing!Iris let us check In early. Warm and inviting lots of space. Answered any and all questions without hesitation. Would love to see it in the winter!

Beauty of Garmisch

The location, comfort, and cleanliness were excellent. There were DVD’s available, games for kids, full complement of kitchen utilities. The only thing missing was shampoo and/or body wash. I’m so used to expecting these, I never bring my own. Off street parking was great. Host was very responsive. Great place!

This is a perfect holiday home. We stayed here for a week with my 2 daughters. The host were very welcoming and although lived upstairs we never really seen them but were available if we needed anything Everything was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The only thing missing was a washing machine which would have been handy. I didnt really want to spend a day of my holiday at a laundry so had to handwash some smalls to get us through. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und großzügig. Wir haben unser Auto eine Woche nicht bewegt, da wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten ( Zugspitze, Partnachklamm,Kuhflucht- Wasserfälle, beide Ortskerne usw) zu Fuß oder Seilbahn

Tolle große Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Garmisch. Die Wohnung war groß und modern eingerichtet. Alles wirkte neu und frisch renoviert, das Badezimmer und die Küche waren hervorragend eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das WLAN war leider sehr schlecht und in vielen Teilen der Wohnung gar nicht nutzbar. Empfangen wurden wir mit dem Schild "Bester Empfang im Wohnzimmer", was eigentlich schon alles aussagt. Dafür ein Stern Abzug, das ist in der heutigen Zeit so nicht mehr akzeptabel und insbesondere für unsere jugendlichen Kinder durchaus ein Problem gewesen. Weitere Verbesserungsvorschläge: Es hab nur einen Besen, jedoch keinen Staubsauger, dieser wäre bei einer Woche Aufenthalt doch praktisch gewesen. Weiterhin wäre ein zweiter Satz Schlüssel hilfreich gewesen.

Schöne Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und die Wohnung ist okay. Einrichtung ist natürlich immer Geschmacksache. Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort. Dafür würde ich persönlich diese Wohnung nicht wieder auswählen. Auf der Terrasse waren Sitzmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen, es gibt ein Badezimmer ohne Toilette und eine kleine Toilette. Bei sechs Personen ist das nicht zu viel… :-) Insgesamt ist die Wohnung aber groß genug für sechs Personen. Das ist auch nicht falsch beschrieben gewesen, man muss es nur richtig lesen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung ist sauber und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist modern. Das moderne Bett ist gut und bequem. Die Betten für die Kinder in einem der Schlafzimmer sind sicher nicht sehr bequem. Besonders Sitzgelegenheiten für alle draußen wäre mir wichtig. Wenn man in den Bergen Urlaub macht möchte man ja abends auf ein Glas Wein, ein Weißbier oder was auch immer draußen sitzen und die Landschaft genießen. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Mit bis zu vier Personen würde ich dort durchaus wieder Urlaub machen wollen.
