Detached holiday home in a quiet, central villa location in Partenkirchen
Balcony, terrace and garden, parking space. SATELLITE TV. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.

The house is centrally located, about 8 minutes walk from the train station, in a quiet residential area. Shops, local bus (free with guest card), restaurants, spa gardens and walking paths in the immediate vicinity.

The house is set up for 2-5 people. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with a sofa set and dining table, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor.
The upper floor has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a large double bed and an additional wall bed, the other with two single beds. A bathroom with hip bath and two toilets are also on the upper floor.

Two other apartments "Wetterstein" (2989276) for four people and "Zugspitze" (2989278) for two people are located in the main house on the property.

Würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, ruhig und trotzdem relativ nah am Zentrum von Partenkirchen. Wir, vier Erwachsene Personen, haben ein sehr sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden und fühlten uns darin wirklich sofort wohl. Sehr schön, dass auch unsere Fahrräder im angrenzenden abschließbaren Schuppen sicher untergestellt werden konnten. Bei Fragen war die Vermieterin immer zu erreichen und hatte stets gute Tipps für uns zur Hand.

Super Kurzurlaub

Wir waren Anfang Juli diesen Jahres für eine Woche zu Gast in Garmisch. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und die gesamte Abwicklung der Anmietung war mehr als problemlos. Die Wohnung (eigentlich ja ein ganzes Haus) mit Terrasse und Garten ist sehr gemütlich und für Familien perfekt aufgeteilt. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht, dass die meisten Ziele im Ort in max. 5 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar sind. Die Reise hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Ortsteil Partenkirchen verbracht. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten ausreichend Platz im Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen nicht zu weich, und es gibt sogar drei Toiletten:) wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Wir haben unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß und gut aufgeteilt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Garten auf dem sich Kinder gut austoben können. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Kontaktaufnahme zur sehr freundlichen Vermieterin verlief unkompliziert. Wir würden wiederkommen

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Erika und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Teufl hat immer sehr zeitnah und freundlich auf unsere zahlreichen Fragen reagiert. Das Haus war gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch Bücher und Spiele für die abendliche Erholung nach dem aktiven Tag auf der Piste. Vor Ort wurden wir gut beraten und konnten uns Bobs zum Rodeln ausleihen. Die Kinder sind begeistert vom ersten Skiurlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse und hat sehr nette Vermieter! Alles (Geschirr,Handtücher,Töpfe usw.)ist ausreichend vorhanden.Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Sitzwanne,die man als Dusche nutzen kann.Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Nettes Ferienhäuschen in zentraler ruhiger Lage

Das sehr saubere und nett eingerichtete kleine Ferienhäuschen war sehr gut ausgestattet und alles gastlich hergerichtet. Insbesondere der ausreichende Platz, sich in verschiedenen Räumen und Stockwerken aufteilen zu können, auch mit Stühlen und/oder Tischen, war mit Teenagern sehr angenehm. Ebenso die Anzahl Toiletten und Waschbecken trugen zur Entspannung bei. Den schönen Balkon und Terrasse haben wir im Winter leider nur passiv genießen können. Direkt um die Ecke finden sich Einkaufsläden, Bäcker und Skiverleih. Das Haus ist absolut uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, jedenfalls mit warmen Hausschuhen für das EG. Zuletzt sind noch die sehr freundlichen aber gleichzeitig zurückhaltenden Vermieter positiv zu erwähnen.

"Ein sehr schön gelegenes nettes und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem total ruhig. 2min bis zum nächsten Supermarkt bzw. 10min bis zum Bahnhof. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch ist das Domizil für Kinder gut geeignet. Es ist alles vorhanden (Schaukel, Sandkasten, Tramploin, etc.). Auch im Ferienhaus selbst fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden natürlich gern wieder kommen."

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir fanden ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus vor. Alle Prospektanghaben wurden erfüllt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert.Wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt mit einem abwechselungsreichem Programm (Wieskirche, Linderhof, Kloster Ettal, Bergwanderungen zum Wankgipfel und am Eckbauer, Tagesfahrt nach Meran)

Really Good Holiday House in Partenkirchen

We loved our very pretty holiday home Erika and the owners were very helpfull during our stay and spoke good english. They arranged for the guest card so we could use the free bus service around town and this was very efficient and usefull. The discription of the property was correct and everything was very clean and tidy. We had our two sons with us (16 & 18) and visited Alpspix which we all thought was the highlight and the Zugspitze which was cloudy but still worth the visit especially as we were able to toboggan on the glacier on snow in July. The owners recommended the Partnach Gorge which we walked to from the house and this was very impressive even on a wet day. Partenkirchen is very pretty, relaxing and traditional with nice reataurants and shops and the train station is only a ten minute walk from the house which is in a very quiet area. Garmisch is more modern and active and the Bollywood restaurant is great. We did not need to hire a car as the buses and trains are efficient and very inexpensive (The Bayern train ticket from Munich Airport to Garmisch was 32 Euro for 4 of us). We all had a great time and would like to thank the owners for a memorable week and we shall miss the pretty house Erika. We would thoroughly recommend this preperty to anyone.

Kleine Oase mitten im pulsierenden Leben

Die Zeit im Ferienhaus Erika haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen. Dazu haben vor allem die folgenden Faktoren beigetragen: - Das Haus hat uns als fünfköpfige ausreichend Platz geboten, um sich nicht auf den Füßen zu stehen. - Die Ausstattung der Wohung bietet guten Komfort. - Im Garten gab es Gelegenheit für Eltern und Kinder sich zu betätigen bzw. zu entspannen, u.a. standen dort eine Schaukel, ein Trampolin und eine Slackline zur Verfügung. - Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen ihren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. - Schließlich liegt das Haus zentral in Partenkirchen, sodass sich Einkäufe und viele Aktivitäten zu Fuß vornehmen lassen. Gleichzeitig liegt die Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Uns hat der Urlaub im Ferienhaus Erika gut gefallen. Gerne werden wir einmal wieder kommen. Familie Reibold

Toller Familienurlaub

Süßes kleines Häuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus ist schön älter, aber bestens isoliert, so dass es auch im Sommer unter dem Dach nie zu warm zum Schlafen war. Küche und Bad sind top. Handtücher sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die Terrasse und der schöne Garten laden schon morgens zum draußen frühstücken ein. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen nebenan und stehen gern für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!
