For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, iron and ironing board.

- A private, unenclosed 1,200 m² garden with garden furniture
- A 15 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 25 m² south-west-facing balcony surrounding the chalet
