Cocoonr offers this charming 27 m² studio apartment in Villarembert for rent, with its soft Savoyard chalet-style decor and ski station within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the ground floor (valley side), it comprises a 27 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The studio comprises
- A 27 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The flat is located on the ground floor under a gallery and close to the main access points (luggage room, car park), making it easy to arrive and depart with skis on. However, this configuration can lead to more people passing through, and therefore noise pollution at certain times of the day.

The studio is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
