2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower / toilet and a separate

The holiday apartment on Borkum is located at Norderstraße 4, right in the heart of the city center. For your vacation on
Borkum is this the ideal starting point since it is right in the center of the island, in the immediate vicinity of the new one
Lighthouse and the main bathing beach start and yet thanks to our excellent location in a quiet
Side street in the center to find relaxation and tranquility.
Smoking in the apartments / house is not permitted
Bed linen and towels must be brought along.
Please pay attention to the local tourist tax of the island of Borkum / Wirtschaftsbetriebe Borkum. The spa fee is payable in cash on arrival upon receipt of the spa card.

Terms and conditions
1. The landlord rents the holiday apartment specified in the confirmation / contract to the signing tenant for natural use.
2nd If the tenant leaves the apartment before the end of the rental period, he is not entitled to reimbursement of the remaining rental costs. The same applies if the tenant moves into the apartment later than booked.
3rd The additional costs such as electricity, gas, water are included in the rental price. The tourist tax and additional optional services such as special requests are calculated separately.
4th The occupancy of the apartment by a higher number of people than specified in the contract is not permitted. Please note that infants are already people.
5. The tenant is liable for any damage to the inventory and objects that can be used by the tenant. In the event of damage, the tenant must provide equivalent replacement.
6. The apartment must be “swept clean” at 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please note that your dishes must also be washed, dried and put away again and that all items should be in their original place.
7. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
