Free parking available in the Rue de Bétheny area, 500m away. Secure bike storage in the courtyard. Templiers bus stop right at the bottom of the building.
Two beautiful bedrooms with double beds and high-quality semi-firm mattresses, located at opposite ends of the apartment for maximum privacy. Ideal for two couples or a couple with children.
The apartment was renovated in 2021, with a new boiler and double glazing for peace and quiet. It overlooks a very quiet courtyard. Roller shutters ensure you won’t be woken by the light. The heating is centralized and there is no rising heat from below, so you won’t feel too warm. However, you can adjust the heating to your liking if you feel cold.

The Neighborhood
Rue Camille Lenoir is very close to the lively shopping and entertainment center of Reims, yet just far enough to remain quiet. At the same address, you’ll find a gourmet restaurant popular with locals, a sushi bar, an exotic food shop, a pharmacy, a cobbler, and a convenience store less than 100m away.
A supermarket is 300m away, along with other restaurants, a bookstore, a beauty salon, hairdressers, bakeries, and a chocolatier. A park with playground equipment is located just below the building near the Templiers bus stop and a listed historic church.
Parking
Free parking on Rue de Bétheny or nearby streets (500m).
Otherwise, parking is easy in the street but paid from Monday to Saturday, 9am–12pm and 2pm–7pm (€0.80 per hour OR €5 per day). You have 15 minutes of free parking to unload luggage in front of the apartment.
For free unlimited parking:
Park on Rue de Bétheny (500m from the apartment) or in streets perpendicular to Rue de Bétheny (also the D74 road), then walk back to the apartment. Alternatively, take bus U22 from Knoeri stop (1 stop) or Sébastopol stop (2 stops) and get off at Templiers, right in front of the apartment.

Guests can contact me during their stay. I live a few streets away and can give you plenty of recommendations depending on the type of stay you want in Reims.

My Top Tips in Reims
Feel free to ask me for the best spots in Reims. I will only recommend places I have personally tried.
Who Is Your Host?
I’m Sophie, 52 years old. I arrived in Reims just over 10 years ago, though my work also requires me to live in Paris and travel internationally.
For me, Reims is a seaside resort without the sea—but with incomparable restaurants and gastronomic venues. It’s also an Art Deco city. It’s hard to find better quality on the plate or in the glass, or a more beautiful environment to enjoy it. I have an active social life here and love trying restaurants, bars, and festive venues.
So don’t hesitate—whatever style of stay you’re looking for, I’ll be happy to help if I can.
