One-bedroom apartment for rent in the P&V "La Pinède" residence. This 3-star rated apartment is listed with the Hyères Tourist Office. Located on the Giens peninsula, in the heart of a magnificent 3-hectare wooded park (with a heated swimming pool open from April to October, sports facilities including volleyball, pétanque, ping-pong, and a children's playground), and right on the water (La Badine beach bordered by a pine forest), the residence opens onto a beautiful sandy beach facing the Îles d'Or (Golden Islands). Secure parking with a security guard is free in July and August. This bright, air-conditioned apartment features a layout that allows for natural light from both sides (no walkways), is fully renovated, and includes air conditioning. It is on the first floor with a terrace and comprises:

One separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a work area.

Sleeps 3 with a pull-out bed and a proper mattress in the living room. There is also a shower room and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. Refrigerator with freezer,

Microwave, mini-oven, electric barbecue, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, etc.

Note: Bed linen and towels are not included in your rental. Baby cot available (these services can be added).
Wi-Fi is an optional extra. A clothes dryer is available for a fee within the residence.
