Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds 140 for 2 bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom with bed 120. Outside courtyard with picnic table and barbecue. Private parking space. A small stream flows along this house which makes the place soothing and pleasant. Located about 10 mins walk from the city centre (2 mins by car), you are very close to all shops, restaurants, thermal centre, etc... The first ski slopes are 5 mins away by car, at Mont Dore. A superb park, "le parc Fenestre" is about 10mins walk from the apartment, no need for a vehicle to access it.
