Capacity is 6 people maximum (1 baby cot available if needed).

ACCESS TO THE VILLA

- 1 hour drive from Agadir.
- 15 minutes from Taroudant.
- Secure, illuminated and tarmac road (N10) to the village. Admire the argan and olive trees along the way, with the Atlas Mountains in the background.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

Villa Olivia has just been completed. Our plant friends are therefore in full growth. You will enjoy shaded areas under the straw huts, patios and pergolas.

Please respect the plants, equipment, furniture, ...

Villa Olivia is located in a rural area in a small village. It is of the "Riad" type and is open to the entire central part, so there is a lot of dust. We try to carry out a thorough cleaning, but it is common to find dust in the outdoor areas.

In addition, although rare, electrical failures and water cuts are possible.

Also, as the gas hob (gas bottle) makes it difficult to predict precisely when it will be emptied. Please let us know as soon as you notice it.

The use of the hamam is autonomous, a video will be sent to you to use it correctly.

In any case, we will do our best to have the concierge intervene as soon as possible if a technical intervention is necessary.

Please note that in order to respect his schedule, the concierge who takes care of the pool and green spaces may be required to come to the villa (after informing you) for maintenance or technical checks.

You have access to the entire villa, except the front part which is closed as well as to the closed rooms (pool technical room, garden storage room, closed spaces upstairs).

- Please respect the capacity of 6 people maximum.

- Please respect the condition of the accommodation as well as the area. Parties are not allowed. Groups of young people are not allowed.

- Please note that unmarried Moroccan couples should be careful. You are not allowed to stay in this accommodation, in accordance with article 490 of the Moroccan penal code. The verification of the family record book/marriage certificate as well as identity documents is systematic.

- When swimming, minors must be under the supervision of an adult.
