It is separated from the living space and consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with recent and comfortable bedding.
First, the "Mediterranean" suite with sea view, a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, a powder room with shower, separate toilet.
The "Agapanthe" suite is garden-side, with direct access to a terrace. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, powder room with shower, separate toilet with washbasin.
The "Madrague" room is dedicated to children with a bunk bed and trundle bed offering up to 3 single beds (90x200), storage space and wardrobe.
The bathroom is accessible from the corridor. It is equipped with a bathtub with hand shower.
The toilets are independent (accessible from the corridor).
In addition, we have a mezzanine sleeping area in the living room equipped with a sofa bed with a 17cm mattress, a storage space and a desk. To make this space more comfortable, we are installing 3 acoustic screens and a fan to circulate the air from the living room air conditioning.

The house cannot be rented to organise parties or events. It is solely dedicated to clients seeking peace and serenity. This is a neighbourhood where noisy behaviour is not accepted.
Arrival times: 4pm-7pm. Departure times: 9am-11am.
During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure within these time slots depending on the schedule of maintenance and reception teams.
