You will feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether it's sipping coffee (complimentary) on the private master balcony in the morning or watching the kids jump off the pier during the hot afternoons. Kayak or Paddleboard (2 kid kayaks, 3 adult kayaks 2 kid paddleboards and 2 adult paddleboards provided) over to the secluded beach for a picnic lunch. Catch a tan on the lounge chairs on the main level deck or out on the float bayside. For the younger kids there is a swing set with house and slide, a springless trampoline and a basketball hoop. From the main deck and private balcony the views go on for miles to the west and south. After a day of paddle boarding and kayaking enjoy a relaxing spa session in the 6 person hot tub or refresh yourself in the hot water equipped outdoor shower. Grab a drink and snack from the fully stocked complimentary mini bar. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with 48" Thermador Range or on the outdoor gas grill. There are three outdoor entertaining areas, the main deck with teak lounge chairs, benches and dining table. Covered patio on the ground level with a lounge area, picnic table, two swinging chairs and a basketball arcade. The bayside firepit area with Adirondack Chairs is the perfect way to end the day. Think Smores! After a fun filled day retreat to the top level Master Suite w/ king size bed walk in closet and private bath w/ custom shower w/ bench. There are two additional bedrooms on the top level and an additional full bath with shower tub combo plus a laundry room. The bedrooms consist of twin size beds with an additional twin size bed that can be pulled out in both rooms. On the main level there is an office/additional sleeping area with a queen sized sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and a half bath. The fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and bar seating for 4 is located on the main level along with the open concept dining room and living room with flat screen TV.
Within a mile - to a mile and a half you will find several restaurants, breweries and super markets, a bar, liquor store, ice cream shop, Dunkin Donuts, 7/11 and several other options. Quick access to NYC via LIRR 0.7 miles

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. My granddaughter especially loved the trampoline, play set and all the toys. The property was exactly as listed. Well stocked, great towels and amenities. Chris is a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Such an Amazing Property and Experience in Oceanside

This was one of the best experiences I've had with VRBO, the owner was very welcoming and offered a lot of suggestions including Kollner's Meats, South Shore Brewery and some seafood spots. The knives were sharp and grill was clean so between the grilling, kayaks, hot tub, and fire pit we barely needed to leave the property. It's a beautiful spot on channel that I'd love to return to in the future. Thanks for setting us up for a great weekend!

Simply amazing... the reality is even better than the photos!

Wow! We just got back from a week staying at Chris' magnificent house. What a gem! We're a family of 6 (4 kids aged 11-18), and we fit perfectly in the 3 bedrooms (a parents room, a boys room, and a girls room, with a trundle bed in each kids room). Everything was immaculately clean, and all the amenities were in great shape. We used everything... I kayaked every morning... my daughter loved reading (and napping) on the swing chairs... we trampolined, fire pitted, jacuzzi'ed. It is so beautiful and peaceful at this property, with vast views of mostly untouched nature. It was really helpful to have a great, large, fully equipped washer and dryer upstairs by the bedrooms... also a modern well stocked kitchen... it really felt like home (if our home was on a gorgeous waterfront). Chris was incredibly accommodating, offering to help plan for my mom, who has trouble with stairs, to visit (she came most days and had a great time taking in the views). He was always available to answer my questions, and was great about every detail. He even shared some yellowfin tuna that he caught, which was AMAZING! I only hope the property is available in the future... everybody in my family is dying to come back!

July 4th weekend

We stayed at Chris’s house for a 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed it thoroughly. All was in order when we arrived and Chris was very helpful before, during and after our stay. It is a nice house with many amenities, nicely located by the water and an ideal location for the several day trips we took. We had no issues nor complaints and would recommend the house to anyone who wants a nice house, close the water and with relaxing views. Thanks Chris for providing us with the opportunity to enjoy your home. Highly recommended.

Weekend getaway

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The house was extremely clean and well cared for and the amenities are even better than the description. The views are amazing and the outdoor areas were quiet and relaxing.i would definitely recommend for groups of all ages.
