The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place bed linens in its pillowcase separate for each room.
Keep soiled Beach towels have all sand shaken out and place by stairs off kitchen.
All garbage must be properly sealed and placed out in front of the house in the streetlight directly in front. During your stay Garbage pickup days 7:00 AM Tuesday and Friday morning to avoid fines.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No PETS. NO PARTIES. Treat this like it is you own. We are not a hotel. We are better. Pick up after yourself is greatly appreciated.
Penalty of full day plus any additional damages for violation of accessing restricted/locked areas.

Great Stay

The house is beautiful and well kept. It is only a couple of blocks from the beach. I spent a lot of time just sitting on the front porch. My family and I had a great stay and we look forward to staying here again.

Very pleasant for family

This house is quite nice. The front porch is a nice place to sit and read or have lunch. The kitchen is large and modern. The bedrooms are comfortable. The house is an easy walk to the LIRR station, the beach, and several stores and restaurants. I'll definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect. The house was built by this wonderful famous architect William L. McElfatrick for his wife. The home is spacious, clean and safe. The best part is you can really walk everywhere- to the beach, playground, train, markets, shops, library, brewery, restaurants and more!

What makes this property unique

We handle everything here ourselves and involved in every part. It is an older home and if something does arise that concerns you - just reach out. It will all be ok.
