This unit could definitely use some attention - furniture in living room is about worn out/looks unclean, the popcorn ceiling in master shower is falling down, grout in master shower is black in areas, eating utensils are a just sad, the remotes all need new batteries! The facilities are wonderful but this unit could definitely use some help.

Wonderful property and condo! We don’t normally stay at a high rise but stayed on the 11th floor and enjoyed the beautiful views!! We loved having the built in ice maker!! Condo was spacious, clean and updated! Also, loved the keyless entry! Of course the pools and lazy river were wonderful too!

The condo itself was very nice, but we had communication issues with liquid life as far as the company. We arrived on Sunday, Monday we had no water and on Tuesday we didn’t have any hot water. Trying to shower for 7 people was difficult. There was an issue with the people before us and was not communicated to us.

Thank you for staying at Phoenix West 1108. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’m glad the condo itself was very nice. I apologize for the water outages and the lack of communication from our team — having no water on Monday and no hot water on Tuesday for a group of seven is unacceptable. I’ve flagged your reservation with our maintenance, operations, and communications teams to investigate the cause (including any issues left by prior guests), address the plumbing/hot-water issues, and improve our notification procedures so future guests are informed promptly. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The condo was incredibly spacious, which made it perfect for our family. Having four bathrooms was a huge plus and made getting everyone ready so much easier. The ocean view was absolutely stunning—we loved sitting on the balcony and taking it all in.The kids' favorite part was definitely the lazy river, and the beach access was quick and convenient, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day.The only downside was the elevator wait times. Because the property was so busy, we often had to wait longer than we'd hoped, especially during peak times. Other than that, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

-Ice maker on wet bar and Refrigerator had black stuff (mold) in it-guest bathroom had hair and sand in tub, and hair(s) on the wall-master bath toilet needs repair-condo floors were very dirty upon arrival, misc items were found under sofas, tvstand in den, behind dresser in guest bedroom -over flow parking, very inconvenient, far away, 6-9 miles. Premium parking close @ Ruby Slipper (200/5 nights) Parking passes on property 60/car-long lines for elevators, esp check in/out times, and bad weather-pool and Lazy River nice!

Thank you for staying at Phoenix West 1108. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I appreciate the detailed feedback — I’ve flagged this reservation with our housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to investigate and address: mold in the ice maker and refrigerator, cleanliness issues in both bathrooms (hair/sand), the master bathroom toilet repair, dirty floors and items left under/behind furniture, parking pass availability and overflow parking distance/costs, and elevator queueing during peak times and bad weather. I’m glad you enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life
