The various groups of small houses are arranged in tiers along the dune, creating the atmosphere of a pleasant and friendly small village. Each maisonette includes a living area with a sofa bed, table and chairs, coffee table, storage and television. The kitchenette area is equipped with a sink, electric hobs, a mini-oven, a refrigerator, storage as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and a washing machine. A sleeping area with two bunk beds in 80 cm allows for accommodating children.
The terrace, facing outwards, is fitted with garden furniture, offering a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the natural setting. The collective car park completes the hamlet's facilities.
