Lovingly furnished holiday home near Lake Plessow

The lovingly furnished holiday home has a living space of 100 m2 and offers space for
2 - 5 people. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and an open kitchen with a dining area. The living room is connected to the terrace, a charcoal grill is available for nice barbecues.
In addition, a travel cot and high chair are available for you on request.
The bathroom with shower and bathtub is bright and spacious. The house is barrier-free.

Werder Havel is a recognized resort and is a wonderful holiday destination for long walks or bike rides. At the nearby Großer Plessower See there is a family-friendly bathing beach with a beautiful lawn - 3 minutes walk from the house!
The house and the garden as well as the surrounding area offer plenty of space for activities and attract those seeking tranquility in autumn and winter.

Here you can enjoy relaxing weekends or holidays in beautiful nature and if you feel like it, you can be in Potsdam in twenty minutes, the royal seat of the kings of Prussia is always worth a trip, or in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Berlin.

Werder has a regional train connection, without changing you are in about 35 minutes in the hustle and bustle of the capital at Berlin Central Station.

Our house is located in a quiet and idyllic residential area just 1 minute from the city forest. The property is not completely fenced, dog owners should pay attention to it.

The house has space for at least four people. The place of residence has various supermarkets, bakers, butchers, hairdressers, physiotherapy etc. We also have two parking spaces on the property.
The price includes one-off p. Person towels and bed linen.

Dear guests between November 2019 and August 2020, the main access road to the service road in which the holiday home is located will be expanded. Access restrictions and, depending on the construction phase, building noises are to be expected.

Super, Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus ,gefühlt fehlt es an gar nichts ,super nette Gastgeberin !!Sie bemüht sich stets um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste !! Das Haus liegt ruhig ,in unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Bushaltestelle , wo in kurzen Abständen die Busse abfahren .Der See und der Park liegen auch in der Nähe . Sollten wir wieder dort in der Nähe sein ,würden wir das Haus sofort wieder buchen !1*

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gepflegt und tadellos super sauber. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Einer der Buchungskriterien war der Kamin, leider war dieser nicht zu benutzen, weil ein Sensor defekt war und dieser für unseren Aufenthalt nicht repariert wurde. Gerne hätte man den Kamin benutzt – in der herbstlichen Jahreszeit sicherlich zu verstehen.Wir würden jederzeit die Unterkunft wieder buchen und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Garten

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Alles sehr schick, sehr sauber, top in Schuss und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sehr nett, bemüht und verständnisvoll. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder (9,13) und ein Junghund (7Monate)Wir würden es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir durften eine wunderbare Woche in diesem modernen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbringen – am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. In Wirklichkeit wirkt das Haus sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Betten bieten hervorragenden Komfort, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen herzlich, ebenso wie zu den freundlichen Nachbarn. Das Haus eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für E-Bike-Touren zu den zahlreichen Seen in der Umgebung sowie zu den beeindruckenden Schlössern in Potsdam.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und haben uns bei Christine sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, genau wie beschrieben. Danke noch einmal an Christine. Für unsere Nichte (6 Jahre) war alles vorhanden, der Spielturm im Garten ihr Traum. Einige Badestellen und das Strandbad sind gut zu Fuß und mit dem Rad erreichbar. Die Spielplätze in Werder sind alle top in Schuss. In Werder und Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Leider haben wir nicht alles geschafft und müssen deshalb noch einmal wiederkommen.

Familienfreundliches und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) eine Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell und sehr freundlich. Der Check-In war dank Schlüsselbox super flexibel. Was uns sofort beim Betreten des Hauses aufgefallen ist, waren die Sauberkeit und der tolle Duft - das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - von zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern über Küchenausstattung und sogar Brettspiele. Zusätzlich lag viel Infomaterial für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung aus. Besonders toll sind die Rollos, was gerade mit Kindern ein Must-Have ist, wenn sie nicht um 5 Uhr aufstehen sollen ;) Auch die riesige offene Dusche war traumhaft. Zum Strandbad Werder läuft man mit Kindern gut 10 min. Dort kann man im Plessower See gegen Eintritt baden gehen. Ca. 10 min fußläufig ist ebenso ein Spielplatz gelegen, was perfekt ist, um die Kinder nochmal zu lüften, wenn sie gerade nicht im hauseigenen Garten spielen wollen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war das WLAN, das nicht gereicht hat, um gleichzeitig Netflix zu schauen und ein Online-Spiel zu spielen. Es gibt aber einen Smart-TV und um Serien zu gucken, ist das Internet ausreichend. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen - vor allem auch für Familien.

Schöner Aufenthalt in tadelloser Ferienwohnung

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in dieser tollen Wohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben, es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar unser kleiner Sohn kam dank Rutsche und Sandkasten auf seine Kosten. Sie ist außerdem sehr schön eingerichtet und wirklich gut gepflegt. Man sollte allerdings wirklich ein Auto oder zumindest ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung haben, um Einkäufe zu erledigen. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind deshalb etwas weiter entfernt. Die Gastgeberin hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet, Check-In und -Out liefen kontakt- und problemlos. Ganz herzlichen Dank für dieses tolle Wochenende!
