Le Faubourg is a fully air-conditioned studio on the second floor of a quiet residence on Chemin de Lapujade, in the Bonnefoy-Lapujade area of Toulouse. Open-plan layout, natural light throughout the day.

Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire studio for the duration of your stay. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift — please keep this in mind if travelling with heavy luggage. Self check-in via smart lock; access code is sent once your booking is confirmed.



The Neighborhood:

Le Faubourg sits in the Bonnefoy-Lapujade neighbourhood, a quiet residential area just east of the city centre. The Chemin de Lapujade offers local bakeries, grocery shops and restaurants within walking distance. The leafy Canal du Midi towpath is a short stroll away, perfect for morning jogs or evening walks. The lively Bonnefoy market adds local colour, and the Capitole square is reachable in about fifteen minutes on foot or a few stops by metro. The Jean Jaures district with its cinemas, cafes and nightlife is also nearby.



Getting Around:

Toulouse-Matabiau train station is roughly a ten-minute walk from the studio, providing TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux and Barcelona. The nearest metro station, Marengo-SNCF on line A, is about twelve minutes on foot, while the Canal du Midi bus routes run along the boulevard nearby. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is reachable in approximately twenty-five minutes by airport shuttle from Matabiau or by taxi. The city centre is easily walkable, and the studio's location near the ring road also offers quick access by car.

Interaction with Guests:

This property is managed by Keytoko Homes, a professional short-term rental operator registered with the City of Toulouse. To prepare your stay, you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a valid identity document for the lead guest, and place a security deposit of €300 (refunded after checkout). An online check-in via our platform is also required to confirm the identity of all guests.

The studio is compact and best suited to one or two guests. The area is well connected by public transport and close to local shops and restaurants.
