This charming apartment is located in the beautiful Leiwen-Zummethöhe on the Moselle. The apartment is about 60m ² and can accommodate up to 4 people.

It has a separate bedroom (double bed), a large living room (2 fold-away beds), a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a kitchen with dishwasher. Of course with free WiFi.

You can expect a comfortable apartment with a separate entrance, lots of light and windows. In front of the apartment you have your own terrace, which is equipped with seating and reclining furniture. You also have access to a very large, private lawn and play area with a park-like character.

The district of Leiwen-Zummet lies directly above a Moselle loop. From here you have the ideal basis for excursions for hiking or biking in the area with a constant view of the Moselle. The very popular panorama pool in the vicinity also invites you to visit.

Nach dem freundlichen Empfang nahmen wir die grosse Wohnung in Augenschein. Ein Fest qua Raum und Umfang und der Talblick: grandios Gutsortierte Küche kam durch lokale Läden u. Märkte sehr oft zum Einsatz. Idealer Standort für Winzereibesuchen bis hin nach Luxemburg, Nahe & Ahr sowie preiswert Essen gehen in den umgebenen Dörfern. Unser Wetterglück hielt den ganzen Zeit an; also ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub an diesem Standort. Dank nochmals an die Gastherrin

Ruim en licht appartement met alle gemakken voorzien. Meubilair is gedateerd maar is prima en passend bij de accommodatie. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Heerlijk rustig. Wel steile helling op.

Steil? Es geht mit ca. 20% zum Haus hinauf. Wer Anfahren am Berg üben will, könnte sich hier austoben, sofern er keine Anfahrhilfe hat. 😉 Oben angekommen erwartet einen eine großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Vom Stil vielleicht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und nicht ganz hip und woke, aber das macht genau den Charme aus, den Haus und die liebenswerte Vermieterin ausstrahlen... meine Meinung. Allen kann man es ohnehin nie recht machen. Wir würden es nochmal buchen.

Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Es gibt dort eine herrlichen Ausblick. Von dort aus kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung erkunden. Es ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. An-und Abreise klappten gut. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter Empfehlen.

Ich habe eine super tolle Aussicht gehabt. Es war auch kein Problem, etwas später zu kommen, da ich aufgrund der Verkehrslage die eigentliche Uhrzeit nicht einhalten konnte. Die Inhaberin hat sich sehr diskret verhalten und war sehr freundlich. Hatte ich Fragen, habe ich diese sehr schnell beantworte bekommen. Ich hatte meine Ruhe und konnte meinen Aufenthalt sehr gut genießen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Fantastisch onderkomen.

Veel privacy, rustig en veel ruimte. Een keurige gastvrouw die zeer bescheiden op de achtergrond aanwezig is en als je er behoefte aan hebt je reisadviezen meegeeft. Vanuit dit appartement is het een zeer goede uitvalbasis voor fietstochten langs dit prachtige gedeelte van de Moezel. Een e-bike was daarbij voor ons onmisbaar.

comfortable and spacious holiday home in quiet location

The apartment is a spacious, comfortable and clean home with a nice view over the hills and valley of the Mosel. As we were there in the winter, we didn't use the outdoor area, but it looked fine. The apartment itself was nice and warm. The interior is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us at all, because the venue overall was fine. The host is very friendly, and once we were settled, there was no interference of the host. The neighbourhood is interesting with the different vineyards, quaint villages, the city of Trier nearby. There are no shops nearby, but some good supermarkets about 15 minutes drive away.

mooi,ruim appartement.

Een mooi vertrekpunt voor mooie fietstochtjes langs de Moezel. Aandachtspunt is de steile oprijlaan, vooral als je dit niet gewend bent, maar met een elektrische fiets net te doen. Het appartement staat in een fantastische omgeving met veel ruimte er om heen en rustig gelegen. We hebben er van genoten.

großzügiges Domizil, hervorragende Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war großzügig, der Garten (Alleinbenutzung) zu jeder Tageszeit sonnig, die Wirtin sehr zuvorkommend aber trotzdem zurückhaltend. Von der Ferienwohnung aus gab es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: u.a. Trier und Luxemburg. Ausgangsmöglichkeit sehr schöner Wanderungen entlang des und über dem Moseltal. Im Ort gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, u.a. Nahkauf. Sehr zu empfehlen!
