We had some issues with this property. The ice maker was broken ( disclosed), but there were no ice trays.A deck was listed, but it was built as cheap as possible. Basically plywood and 2X4 single railing. Only comfortably fit two chairs. When i told the host that I would have local family over for dinner and card I was informed that only registered guests were allowed.. I stay in lots of VRBO's and never had this happen. Stupid. The beds were barely OK. We did not sleep very well. I would not stay here again

Small but cozy! Lots of rules to abide by, but I understand why those rules are in place. Beds are comfy. Quiet neighborhood. The home has all of the necessities you need. Would definitely rent this home again!

Great location for Purdue events

We enjoyed our stay this property. We were in town for a Purdue event. Close proximity to campus, food, shopping and everything you might need while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and more. Will stay again when we frequent Purdue.

Thank you for the review Libby. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We do have a no visitor rule due to parties we have experienced in the past. However, visitors can be added to the booking so they can come and go as needed while allowing us to make sure not too many people are coming over. We don't charge anything extra until the total guest count increases beyond 4 people.
