Located in Heart of PCB, less than 1 mile to beach!! Newly remodeled and furnished, tastefully designed 1st floor townhouse with 2 master bedrooms, two guest bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It could comfortably accommodate 12 people! ! Enjoy the glorious beach, wonderful restaurants and stores at Pier Park, the entertainment at Gulf Marine Park and all that Panama City Beach has to offer in such close proximityt!!

Review

We arrived to this condo and it was overwhelming with the smell of marijuana smoke. There was also a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans, vents, and light fixtures. We contacted the property owners and they brought us a new air filter (old one was filthy), and air fresheners and also were nice enough to refund $200 for the trouble. We had to clean the whole place from top to bottom with bleach cleaner, clean the vents and wipe down the walls/fans and change the air filter before we could even bring our stuff in to stay. There was MULTIPLE broken things throughout the house. Overall the house was nice it just needs a very deep clean, furniture items replaced/repaired, and more kitchen utensils provided and better/more seating in living area. On a more positive note the pool was very nice and kept clean, and it was in a great location.
