We welcome well trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Peaceful vacation

The house was very spacious and had a nice beach theme. It did look significantly different from the pictures I saw. There were a few issues with the bathrooms and the living room area wasn't set up to accommodate a large group if we all wanted to watch tv or have game night. Additionally, the added free activities were only for 1 person when the house is set up for a large group. That was very misleading. Overall, it was a nice stay.
