House in a secure residential complex with access to the sea just a 90-meter walk away via a rocky cove in the heart of the Côte Bleue Marine Park (a protected seabed area). The two main beaches in Carry-le-Rouet are located 500 m and 1 km from the house, and the town centre is also 1 km away—everything is within walking distance.<br>This house is ideal for recharging in a peaceful setting, falling asleep to the sound of the waves, and rediscovering the joy of doing nothing—all while having access to the region’s main attractions (Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Luberon, Camargue). We offer three bedrooms with double beds and two children’s bedrooms. We can accommodate up to 8 guests (maximum of 6 adults). You’ll have access to two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The upper level features a living room and an open-concept kitchen totaling 50 m², along with an 80 m² terrace overlooking the sea and the Bay of Marseille (recently built). The shared pool is equipped with a motorised retractable awning and is heated from April through October.
