On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a sitting and living area, a bathroom, a separate kitchen and a terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is air-conditioned and has internet access. Parking is in the yard. It is located in a quiet location. It is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Nearby there are restaurants, city center and beautiful beaches within 2-3 km.
