super zufrieden mit kleinen Abstrichen

Gesamteindruck super, helle, moderne Wohnung an mancher Ecke fehlt sicher das eine oder andre Mobiliar aber vielleicht soll es ja so leer sein. Wenn die Sonne voll drauf steht wird es sehr schnell richtig warm da drin. Nachts sehr laut durch die Straße dafür super zentral. Wohnung in Ordnung aber eben ein wenig abgewohnt und Hygiene/Sauberkeit bei Übernahme etwas mangelhaft. Viele Wollmäuse in den Ecken und im Bad...naja....machte insgesamt einen nicht so sauberen Eindruck eher nach husch husch und das für 45 euro Grundreinigung...naja husch husch kann ich selber... sonst alles perfekt geklappt. Jederzeit wieder! Fazit: Super Wohnung und wie die Zimmervermittlung mitteilte super rar mit zwei Balkonen...
