Holiday Apartment 305 at Villa Hanse in Kühlungsborn Ost is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Your holiday rental is located on the ground floor, on the east side of the building, and features two balconies with a partial view of the sea. With a size of 57 m², the apartment offers plenty of space with a spacious living and dining area, two comfortable bedrooms, a functional kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower—leaving nothing to be desired. The beach is about 100 metres away.

The holiday rental’s spacious living area, complete with a comfortable couch, is perfect for cosy TV nights with a modern flat-screen TV. The large dining table, located between the living area and the kitchenette, offers plenty of space for 4 people.

The adjacent open kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and an oven. Of course, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle are also available.

In each of the holiday rental’s bedrooms, a cosy double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom features a flat-screen TV. A wardrobe and two nightstands provide plenty of storage space. The curtains on the windows allow you to block out the light.

The holiday rental features a tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a large sink. You’ll find plenty of counter space under the sink for your toiletries. The holiday apartment includes an underground parking space, No. 305 (max. height 1.50 m). Starting on 01.01.2027, an outdoor parking space directly next to the building will be available to you instead of the underground parking space.

Bicycles you bring with you or rent can be locked to the bike racks. Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee to handle your holiday laundry.
The sauna and wellness area offers a relaxing retreat with a sauna, an infrared sauna, and wellness loungers. The wellness area is available free of charge year-round.

Villa Hanse is located right next to the pier in Kühlungsborn Ost, just about 100 m from the beach. You can access the individual holiday apartments via Staircase An or Staircase B. Villa Hanse offers coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle parking area directly behind the building.

The sauna and wellness area, featuring a sauna, an infrared sauna, and wellness loungers, ensures a relaxing break. The wellness area is available free of charge year-round.

Depending on the holiday rental, either an outdoor parking space or a space in the underground garage is available to you. The underground garage spaces are intended for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
