About this property

Apartment mussel in the Baltic Sea Domizil Sandburg

In the center of Kühlungsborn-West and right on the city forest is located on a large plot of our holiday home "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg".

The Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg consists of the house with a reception, a small fitness room and our separate sauna house, so that our guests can also make an uncomfortable Baltic Sea day with a lot of warmth. In our garden, all guests can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun.

In our domicile are in the beautiful old building 4 apartments, the two EC apartments each have a terrace, the apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor have a large balcony.

In the summer of 2018 we opened our new building with 5 apartments. Here is also our daily open reception and a lift, with which our guests can easily reach all apartments of old and new buildings.

All apartments are equipped with high quality, all bedrooms have a modern, internet-enabled TV, the rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. In the new building, all apartments have modern, walk-in overhead showers and underfloor heating. Wi-Fi is self-evident in all apartments.

Our apartment "shell" for 4 persons is located on the ground floor of the "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg" and has a beautiful terrace. The high-quality apartment with parquet floors and pleasant floor heating is located in the new building opened in 2018.

The comfortably furnished living room is followed by a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave with baking function, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster and dishes, on the balcony you can already enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. Wi-Fi and Internet-ready flat-screen TVs are in every room course, two spacious bedrooms with large closet and box spring bed and two beautiful bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet complete the modern apartment "shell".

Your car can park safely and protected on the adjacent property from 2019 on the belonging to the apartment car parking garage from 2019.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung. Ideal, wenn man 2 Schlafzimmer braucht und mit Hund kommt

Die Anlage ist schön grün und gepflegt. Von der Terrasse schaut man in mehrfarbige Baumkronen. Man kann auch direkt in den Wald gehen und so zum Strand spazieren.

Wir haben mit der Muschel eine schöne Ferienwohnung bewohnt. Es fehlte nichts und besonders vorteilhaft waren die zwei kompletten Badezimmer.Da die Wohnung ebenerdig liegt ist sie für ältere Menschen gut geeignet.

Eigentlich schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Muschel. Die Lage ist prima und die Wohnung auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Unter den Betten waren ganz dicke Staubflusen, auf den Küchenschränken und auch auf dem Flurschrank war es auch sehr staubig. Wenn man zwei Hausstauballergiker dabei hat, ist das weniger toll. Wir hatten Medikamente dabei, dann ging es. Nach ein paar Tagen haben wir den Hausmeister angesprochen, er kam dann und hat zumindest unter den Betten das Gröbste weg gesaugt. Aber für den Preis darf das eigentlich nicht sein. Ansonsten war es super.

Ferienwohnung Muschel

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung Muschel. Es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben. Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist perfekt, vor allem wenn ein Hund im Urlaub dabei ist. Der angrenzende Stadtwald ist super für Gassis. Alles andere ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Es sollte aber berücksichtigt werden, dass in der direkten Nachbarschaft eine Kita liegt. Deshalb kann es vormittags lauter werden (z.B. zuschlagende Gartentür der Kita, spielende Kinder,...). Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung (z.B. Teppich, Küchengeschirr) könnte etwas verbessert werden. Das ist aber trotzdem jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls perfekt und hell, nur die Größe der Einfahrt und die seitlichen hohen Begrenzungen sind sehr eng. Für große Autos mit teuren Felgen sicher eine Herausforderung. Kühlungsborn ist ein tolles Seebad, es wird sehr viel geboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten die Fewo Muschel und wir waren begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich top, sehr modern, technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Es fehlt an nichts. Allein die Regendusche am Morgen und Abend war unser Highlight. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sehr sauber. Ich würde nur versuchen, Fliegengitter an die Schlafzimmer Fenster zu bringen. Dann bleiben die 8beinigen Mitbewohner aus. Zur Zeit gibt es direkt nebenan eine große Baustelle, die die Autos einstaubt. Aber wenn die beendet ist und es dann Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage gibt, dann ist es perfekt. Unser Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen

Ein sehr schönes Wochenende

Eine helle und freundliche Wohnung, die modern und sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Ein Manko war leider der zugesagte, aber nicht vorhandene Parkplatz. So gab es leider einen Strafzettel für uns. Dennoch kann ich die "Muschel " absolut weiter empfehlen!
