• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Dog-friendly- All dogs must be approved- 2 Dog Max- $175/Dog
GOLF CART NOTICE: This property includes a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to:
Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts.
Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage.
Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.

Beautiful home in great location
Home had everything we needed: Comfortable beds and linens, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room. Nice to have 4.5 bathrooms. Laundry facilities were good and we especially loved the bikes!
This home is exactly as advertised! Clean and spacious. Great contact with the property management. We really enjoyed our stay and the oils recommend staying at this location!
Overall, we had a great family retreat at SeaNest Village. The house we stayed at was very spacious with great layout of three floors. The kitchen had modern appliances. The Property Manager responded promptly to any requests. The house was centrally located to shops, restaurants, etc. The only concerns we had was that the house needed deep cleaning of furniture; dusting, and verification that everything is in good working condition prior to arrival. The sofa and chairs had old stains and it would be nice if the furniture was updated or cleaned appropriately. Also, not all tvs were working in bedroom. Some showers had leaks and we also had issues with light bulbs being out.
Beautiful home with well stocked kitchen. More than enough room for everyone to rest and relax. Quiet, small neighborhood with beautiful pool for morning or afternoon swims. Short golf cart ride to beach access with the most beautiful weather. Only issue was a gate code change that was quickly remedied after calling main number (VRBO message never answered). After a very stressful last minute plans change d/t Hurricane damaged VRBO in Anna Maria Island, sweet memories were made again on 30A.

Perfect
This house is just right. Bedroom options on all three floors; open kitchen / dining area / living area makes for easy family time. All of the rooms and staircases are bright and sunny just like a 30A beach house should be. We'll be back!
