Partially renovated house in 2025. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs with 11 beds. The house, located in a quiet cul-de-sac on a 500 square metre plot, is 5 minutes from the forest and 20 minutes from the Seine. The entrances and parking area are monitored by camera. Large, spacious living room with an equatorial rainforest theme. The Océane Sous Bois and Voyage rooms can be offered with a king-size bed or two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The house will be partially renovated in January/February 2025.
