Belle Etage vacation apartment - Luxurious, exclusive and fantastically beautiful with elevator

1A-location - in the pedestrian zone. In the heart of Lindau island located old town house. The generously designed, 100sqm, newly renovated, quiet apartment on the 3rd floor, is easily accessible by lift.

We offer you 2 beautiful, quiet and spacious bedrooms. A bathroom with natural marble stone, equipped with a large shower, and underfloor heating. This object is equipped for 4 persons.

The open kitchen area is equipped with everything, the adjoining dining room can accommodate 4-6 people. A living room with designer furniture features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi.

Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2.80 € per day (instead of 7 € at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 75 Euro). Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.


Ideal for your best holidays of the year. In the immediate vicinity are various shops, as well as a butcher and bakery. The harbor promenade with its numerous cafés, restaurants and bars can be reached in about 3 minutes.
The port of Lindau is a mooring for many ships, with which you can take trips to different places on Lake Constance or a tour. Not only just for swimming, but also for cycling and hiking invites our enchanting region.

De Steckbrief was standaard. Geen enkele mogelijkheid van balkon, terras, tuin. De garage op 10 min loopafstand en de kosten voor een week 200euro. Dat is niet fijn. De toegang, was ingewikkeld, inchecken kun je dat niet noemen.

Hartelijk dank voor uw feedback. Wij informeren onze gasten altijd van tevoren over de verschillende parkeermogelijkheden. Helaas is er op het eiland Lindau alleen de parkeergarage, die helaas ook vanwege de ligging duurder is. Met de echt-bodensee-kaart kunt u echter gratis gebruikmaken van alle openbaar vervoer en zo probleemloos van alle parkeerplaatsen snel en eenvoudig naar het eiland rijden. Bedankt voor de tip over de steekbrief, dat zullen we controleren. Binnen de aangegeven tijden zijn wij telefonisch bereikbaar en bellen wij ook onmiddellijk terug, wij verontschuldigen ons als dat in uitzonderlijke gevallen niet het geval was. Team die Fee vom See

Die Lage der Fewo ist erstklassig, sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig - und alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar ( Bahnhof, Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants). Die Fewo ist sehr geschmackvoll, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Geschirrausstattung könnte für eine Familie großzügiger ausfallen. Auch der TV könnte näher an der Sofagruppe stehen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in Lindau, und können sehr gut diese schöne FeWo weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in sehr schönem Objekt

Wir reisten als Familie und dieses Objekt war der ideale Startpunkt, um die Umgebung des Bodensees zu erkunden. Es ist super zentral gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Für 3-4 Personen bietet es luxuriösen Platz. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Beste Lage, hervorragend organisiert, wunderschöne Wohnung. Lindau Insel ist wirklich ein sehenswertes Reiseziel und von der Wohnung aus, die zentral und in der Fußgängerzone liegt, ist alles zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll, aber dennoch gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet und trotz der Lage total ruhig. Die Organisation im Vorfeld ist hervorragend und lässt keine Fragen offen. Besser geht es meiner Meinung nach nicht.

Top-Wohnung in der Altstadt von Lindau

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Wohnung in Top-Lage von Lindau. Die Wohnung ist groß, komfortabel ausgestattet und wirklich exklusiv und besonders. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, haben gut geschlafen, zwei wunderbare große Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten raus. 5 Minuten vom See und vom Bahnhof entfernt, besser geht nicht. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten, wenn wir in Lindau sind. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, das Bad /WC ebenfalls. Die Wohnung ist mit wunderbaren Bildern der Eigentümerin ausgestattet. Etwas besonderes. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert ( Schlüsselsafe) und alles war wie gewünscht. 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt ein Rege als Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Ins 3 OG geht es mit Fahrstuhl. Die Heizung in dem einen Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht und eine Lampe in der Küche war defekt. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten, die uns während des Aufenthalts nicht groß gestört haben.

Alles wie angegeben, gut ausgestattet. Lage wirklich traumhaft mitten in der Fußgängerzone auf der Insel Lindau, also auch nachts sehr ruhig. Zur Ausstattung: Einziges Manko die etwas eigenartige Anordnung von Bad und WC: um vom einen ins andere zu gelangen, muss man durch die Tür. Innerhalb allerdings nur durch eine halbhohe Mauer/Regal getrennt, Gerüche und Sicht gelangen also frei vom einen ins andere.... Architektenfehler.... Wünschenswert wäre vielleicht noch das Bereitstellen von Prospekten, empfehlenswerte Sehenswürdigkeiten, Schiffsplan etc.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und auch entsprechend hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Kritikpunkt ist der sehr hellhörige Laminatboden. Man konnte aus der überliegenden Wohnung jeden Schritt hören, was zu Anfang lästig war, da eine Familie mit Kindern wohnte. Etwas umständlich ist auch die Bedienung des Aufzuges am Wochenende mit einem Schlüssel. Um in der Altstadt bummeln zu gehen, war die Lage der Wohnung ideal. Der Preis für die Wohnung erachten wir als angemessen. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
