Altstadt Schmuckstück direkt am Lindauer Segelhafen with balcony and parking Holiday for special demands with old restored parquet offers this spacious 3.5 room apartment with balcony and partial lake view.
Right on the Lindauer island and yet quiet and with private parking behind the house.

Amenities such. B. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer or various coffee machines (incl. Nespresso machine) are a matter of course. In the morning before breakfast, swimming in the calm waters of the small beach nearby, a fantastic pleasure!

From the spacious entrance area, you get into all the rooms. Living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, flatscreen and access to the balcony. Kitchen with dining area for 4 persons. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. Since only parquet and tiles are laid, the apartment is allergic friendly. Wireless Lan, washing machine and dryer are offered free of charge. You can also leave your bikes in the house.

Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week.

A clean, spacious and quality apartment in an ideal, quiet location. Large rooms, well equipped, very comfortable beds. There are two flights of stairs to climb to the apartment which wasn't a problem for us, but could be if you struggle with stairs. Two large bathrooms, one with a bath and shower. Highly recommended - a cut above the rest in terms of quality and space! Make sure you check out what is on at the small theatre which is just across the way from the apartment - we went to see a Marionette play which was very interesting. Lots of wonderful eateries within easy walking distance and a stone's throw away from the lakeside. View of the lake from the balcony.

Sehr schöne, großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung in wirklich toller Lage auf der Lindauer Insel - sogar mit Parkplatz direkt am Haus! Wir hatten leider viel Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass es eine Wohltat war, in eine komfortable, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (mit übrigens auch sehr freundlichen Nachbarn!) zurückzukehren. Für Menschen, die schlecht zu Fuß sind oder harte Matratzen bevorzugen, ist die Wohnung im zweiten Stock mit sehr weichen Matratzen nicht das Richtige. Wir würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen.

Mega Urlaub

Es war ein so schöner Urlaub. Wir als Familie sind mit zwei Kindern unter 2 Jahren verreist. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Wir konnten unsere Kinder in den Kinderwagen packen und nach einer Minute Fußweg waren wir am Bodensee. Zum Schiff waren es auch fünf Minuten Fußweg, sowie sämtliche örtliche Lokalitäten. Die Altstadt war ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Anbieter super zuvorkommend und für jegliche Anliegen offen und hilfsbereit. Wir würden diesen Urlaub jederzeit wiederholen. Wir als Familie hatten eine tollen Urlaub und konnten auch mit dem Auto oder Schiff Ausflugsziele erreichen.

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub für uns und unsere Kinder. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, vor allem wenn man nicht immer mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Zu Fuß waren es zwei Minuten bis ans Wasser. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren immer sehr freundlich und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ich kann es absolut weiterempfehlen und würde diese Wohnung mit diesem Anbieter sofort wieder buchen.

Eine kleine kritische Anmerkung, die aber nicht zu ändern ist, keine Wohnung für Langschläfer, zum einen ist sie etwas hellhörig, zum anderen sind die morgentlichen Geräusche von außen doch recht gut zu hören, aber wer will schon in dieser tollen Lage lange schlafen.

Das Apartment hat eine schöne, seehnahe Lage und ist fussläufig vom Bahnhof Lindau-Insel zu erreichen. Der Zugang über Schlüsseltresor war einfach. Das Apartment ist gross und bietet viel Platz für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist grosszügig ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Ich kann dieses Apartment und die Agentur empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Positiv: super Lage in Lindau Lindau ist durch den Hafen und Bahnhof idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Mit der Bodensee-Gästekarte kann man mit der Bahn kostenlos bis Überlingen und weiter fahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Negativ: relativ hellhörig (Altbau); Matratzen schon durchgelegen. Verdunklung nur eingeschränkt möglich durch Oberlichter über den Türen

Das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket

Der Blick aus der Wohnung ist traumhaft.....von der Küche aus Blick auf die Berge und vom kleinen Balkon aus Blick auf den Segelhafen und den See. Eine tolle Altbauwohnung, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Ausstattung lässt auch keine Wünsche übrig!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Die Lage der Wohnung ist aufgrund der Nähe zur Hafenpromenade und dem Ortskern hervorragend. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, wie auf den Bildern im Internet erkennbar, es fehlte an Nichts; dennoch haben wir zur Verbesserung einige Vorschläge zu machen: In der Küche, im Bad und dem WC würden wir Maßnahmen zum Schutz vor Sonne vorschlagen. Wir konnten bei der Wärme und Sonneneinstrahlung in der Küche nicht frühstücken. Außerdem besteht in der Dusche extreme Rutschgefahr. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Hanne und Günter Tobisch

Mädchenurlaub

Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage am Rande der schönen Altstadt und die Nähe zum See, lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Da die Wohnung im 2. OG liegt, ohne Lift, ist sie leider für Menschen mit Behinderung nur bedingt geeignet.
