A phenomenal 180 degree lake and mountain view awaits you, from the apartment via the panoramic windows as well as from the 2 balconies.
The apartment has about 80 square meters and was rebuilt in the attic. Already at the dining area, equipped with a walnut dining table and comfortable chairs with leather upholstery, you immediately recognize the luxurious furnishings.

On the balconies there is a high-quality teak seating group with dining table and 2 high and 2 deep reclining. The blackout option ensures a restful and peaceful sleep. W-Lan and parking is provided free of charge.

This object is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons and a toddler in a travel cot. In addition to the spacious bathroom with washing & amp; It has a separate toilet with sink.

The white glossy kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge, coffee machine and plenty of dishes. All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet or tiles, so the object is allergy friendly. Pets are not allowed.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. Wasserburg am Bodensee is the ideal location for excursions on Lake Constance and in the nearby mountains of the Allgäu, Austrian and Swiss Alps.

Eine sehr geräumige und voll ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Lage fanden wir optimal und ruhig gelegen. Von der Dachterasse hatten wir einen tollen Ausblick über den Bodensee und die Berge in Österreich und der Schweiz. Besonders praktisch war die Garage für unsere E-Bikes und die Möglichkeit zum Laden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und der Ausblick umwerfend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und alles blitzsauber. Wasserburg ist ist ein sehr schöner Ort und von der Ferienwohnung in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Umliegende Orte sind mit Zug und Bus schnell erreichbar .Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war noch erheblich besser, als aus den Fotos zu deuten war. Tolle Aussicht, super ausgestattet und hervorragend isoliert. Es war sehr heiß und die Dachgeschosswohnung war nie aufgeheizt.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, in der Küche war absolut alles notwendige vorhanden, die Betten waren sehr gut und das Haus ausgesprochen ruhig. Wir waren im Juli 1 Woche in der schönen Fewo und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Ruhig, toller Blick auf den See und die Berge. Wasserburg ist schnell zu erreichen, viele Restaurants am See. Badestelle, auch im Sommer nicht überlaufen, fußläufig zu erreichen. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

We did have a problem getting the hob to work, the appliance booklet was in German. We went online and found a UK version. It would help to have this at the property. Otherwise a fabulous place to stay.
