Exceptional setting and absolute tranquility bordering the fairway. 900 metres from the village centre, its beach, water sports centre, equestrian centre, tennis courts, two golf courses, forest, dunes, shops, and restaurants. Charming, bright, functional, and comfortable villa with 3 bedrooms, one of which also has a cot. Ideal for 6 people. The enclosed garden surrounding the villa is located opposite the 9th hole. Absolute peace and quiet, barely disturbed by the rustling of the wind in the pine trees. Wi-Fi available. Le Touquet and Boulogne are 20 minutes away, Valloires Abbey is 35 minutes away, and Marquenterre is 1 hour away. Important: Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. Rental available: 10 euros per person for sheets + 10 euros for towels

Villa parfaite pour un séjour en famille.Très propre ( literies, sanitaires, cuisine,...).Fonctionnelle. Il y avait tout le nécessaire (ustensiles de cuisines, électromenagers, vaisselles pour enfants,transat,...).Endroit très calme et vue superbe sur le golf, les pins.Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire.
