Very nice location, close to the President's house, furnished with tourism classified 4 stars by the Tourist Office of 62 and 4.5 stars by the tenants on the site: Bow window, local garbage cans, living room with large very comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs , 1 pouffe, TV ..., dining table and 8 chairs ..., WC with washbasin, fully equipped kitchen with high-end household appliances, veranda on backyard with table, 4 chairs 2 stools. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1.60m / 2m bed, TV ..., balcony on street., 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (quality TB), on the 2nd floor: 1 bathroom with double sink and cupboards, bath, shower screen, WC, washing machine; 1 bedroom with 2 beds of O. 90/1. 90m and a sofa bed, very comfortable and practical with bedding: 1. 40 / 2M, TV ... The 8 beds are very comfortable. Duvets (double) for all beds. Pillows 0. 60/0. 60. Mattress pads everywhere. Very neat and completely new decoration. Good use of space. Very well insulated and maintained house. Tablecloth and placemats provided. Sheets and towels rental, cleaning on request. 2 deckchairs. Barbecue

Hi - this lovely house is situated in the best location to enjoy Le touquet . One block from all the foody shops and restaurants and 3 blocks from the beach. We had a great stay!

On aime bienLa localisation, la grande chambre du 1er, le cachet des boiseries, les 3 jeux de clé Ce qu'on n’aime pas :Extérieur : la palissade cassée, l'absence de bbq ou mieux plancha utilisable, pas de chaises longues, pas de plantes ou fleurs rendant l'extérieur plus sympathique, le parasol cheap, la vue, la grosse enseigne “A louer” côté rue.Interieur : la vaisselle vieille, ebrechee, les verres a vin blanchis, le manque de luminosité dans la pièce a vivre, la tv trop petite (mon écran d'ordinateur est 2 fois plus grand), pas de vue, manque de générosité dans les fournitures (2 capsules café, 1 rouleau PQ, pas de pastille LV), internet poussif a 4Mbits / s, la nespresso vieillissante qui fait du café tiède, l'odeur dans la pièce principale.La propriétaire : n'accepte pas la critique, prend des nouvelles mais mieux vaut dire que tout est parfait sinon la tension monte et ca se termine en hystérie et en insulte. Devrait prendre du repos.Conclusion : l'emplacement est top mais l'emplacement ne fait pas tout, investir qqs centaines d'euros d'équipements pour avoir un produit a la hauteur du budget loc nous semble nécessaire pour ce bien qq peu surcôté. La proprio devrait passer en entrée / sortie autonome. Elle répondra sûrement qu'elle n'a jamais vu de gens comme nous, mais notre note 5/5 sur 10 avis sur une plate-forme commençant par A et finissant par B rend cet avis tout a fait objectif.

idéalement placée en centre ville, voiture inutile Sylvie, la propriétaire est très sympathique et prend de nos nouvelles. Si nous la sollicitons, elle répond très rapidement. Le chauffage était mis, ce que nous avons apprécié avec 3 petits, merci Sylvie! C 'est une jolie maison typique et la literie est excellente.

Très agréable séjour au Touquet

Un très agréable séjour au Touquet malgré la tempête et une panne de chaudière qui a été très rapidement réglé par la propriétaire. La maison est très idéalement située dans la ville (on peut tout faire à pieds) et correspond bien à l annonce.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem typischen Le-Touquet-Haus mit viel Charme. Die Familie wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und großzügig, gut eingerichtet , genau wie beschrieben. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist zentral, kurze Wege zu den Geschäften, Restaurants und ebenso zum Strand. Man kann alles zu Fuß erledigen und das Auto ruhen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Great holiday home in the heart of Le Touquet

Our family enjoyed a great holiday in this lovely home. Arranged over three floors, the house is well equipped and spacious. Very conveniently situated for the shops and the beach, but a quiet location with no noise disturbance. Would definitely recommend.

Charmante maison et emplacement idéal

L'emplacement très central de cette location est d'abord idéal. On peut vraiment tout faire à pied. L'annonce est parfaitement conforme. La maison, de style "touquettoise", est très propre, agréable et très bien équipée pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons été accueilli par la propriétaire qui a été accommodante sur les horaires d'entrée et de sortie, et qui s'est souciée de la qualité de notre séjour. Séjour à renouveler !

Maison idéalement située au coeur du Touquet !

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine en famille à Blanche de castille pendant les vacances de la Toussaint. La maison est très agréable, bien située et suffisamment grande et fonctionnelle pour accueillir toute notre petite famille (à cette occasion 4 enfants et 3 adultes). L'organisation est très efficace, réception de la maison, contact avec la propriétaire, explications sur les consignes de fonctionnement ...Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir et espérons y revenir bien vite !

Un accueil particulièrement attentif et sympathique qui correspond à l'ambiance raffinée et pratique de cette très jolie maison faite pour accueillir une famille. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et avons apprécié le calme de la rue et la proximité du marché, des commerces, le tout à deux pas de la plage. Oublier la voiture pendant une semaine et tout faire à pied, ballades, restaurants, shopping...A recommander sans hésiter.
