Super emplacement!

Super emplacement, belle maison, bien équipée et meubles récents et bonne communication avec le gérant. Seul point d'attention - il y a que 4 vraies chambres avec des portes - les 4 autres lits sont sur le palier ou sur la mezzanine, donc manque d'intimité pour ces 4 personnes.

A very well located house, disappointed in the up keep of the place it needed a good clean.

We never met on site manager Jacqueline, not her fault on arrival we were very late (10 hours of Tunnel issues), text communications sort of worked, Jacqueline asked us to leave by 10.00 on the last day as others were arriving, this was simply not truthful. The house could certainly be cleaner, we left it cleaner than we found it, the sleeping arrangement are not quite as you would expect from the literature, the back of the house having an "open plan" mez floor connected to a bed room. Some information: The beach hut key is NOT with the sailing club, its hanging up in the hall way, the beach hut is actually shared with the house opposite, this led to a rather embarrassing discussion!! The beach hut equipment actually owned by the house is two deck chairs and a few toys! Dealing with Emanuel was fine, the location of the house is superb, we were 11 people in total and the house can just about handle that number. Overall this property would greatly benefit from some time and money.

Tres bonne adresse

Pour un week end de 3 jours avec 2 autres couples d amis et leur enfants. Maison ideal pour ce type de week end tant par l aménagement que la localisation. On y retournera.

Ambiance chaleureuse dans une villa typique du Touquet, nous étions 8 adultes et un petit chien, chacun a son espace, très bon accueil par Jacqueline, facilités de départ de d'arrivée, maison bien située on aperçoit la plage de la porte fenêtre de l'entrée, endroit très propre, proche de tous commerces et restaurants, super séjour malgré la tempête Dennis, Nous reviendrons,

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la belle maison d’Emmanuel. La villa est idéalement située, à quelques mètres de la plage et à quelques minutes des commerces et restaurants. La décoration intérieure est une réussite, le chauffage excellent et l’équipement fut parfait pour une famille de sept personnes. Les châssis ont un double vitrage, protégeant la villa des vents marins et des bruits extérieurs éventuels. L’accueil fut simple et efficace. Nul doute que nous y retournerons bientôt.

WE prolongé au Touquet

L'emplacement est parfait, proche de la mer et du centre: tout se fait à pieds. la maison est parfaite pour 2 familles/10 personnes: chacun a son espace. quelques soucis d'entretient: volets bloqués par la rouille dans le salon, volet roulant HS à l'étage. L'insonorisation est inexistante: normal c'est une vielle maison de charme mais prenez des boules quiès. on a eu un coup de vent: impossible de dormir. Pas de parking donc prévoir le budget mais c'est facile de se garer à moins de 100m. Dernier petit soucis, il manque de la vaisselle pour 10: pas assez de bols et pas d'assiettes à soupe. C'est du détail et pas de quoi gâcher un séjour très agréable

Génial!!!!

Idéal pour un week-end en famille!!! Pour l'annectode, nous étions 10 adultes. La situation est exceptionnelle, pas en première ligne mais on aperçoit la mer de la petite terrasse ensoleillée du soir , à deux pas de la plage pour un déjeuner les pieds dans le sable et tout près à pied du centre ville pour se balader. Il ne manque rien pour le confort et tout est décoré avec goût et une impression de "comme à la maison". L' accueil de Jacqueline est fort sympathique et la garantie que tout est prêt pour passer un bon moment. Je recommande absolument cette adresse et souligne la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire pour répondre aux questions éventuelles.

On a adoré notre séjour au Touquet dans la grande villa. Très confortable d'avoir une grande cuisine pour fêter l anniversaire de trois de mes 5 petits-enfants.
